The breakfast was ok. It was nice to have coffee available. The front receptionist was wonderful. She was very friendly, helpful and professional and provided exemplary customer service.

The breakfast could have been more desirable but I was not expecting breakfast in the first place. There really was not anything that I did not like.

Overall a nice facility. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

Not much water pressure in the shower, our toilet ran for quite a while when flushed. And even though we had a Nonsmoking room, you could still smell it very faintly when we would return back to the room.

Beds comfy

We were startled by the police banging on our door, my husband opened the door the cop was very rude had his hand on his gun. Apparently looking for someone who left their puppy locked in a hot car. He asked very rudely did he drive an SUV my hubby responded no I'm driving a black car, the cop pointed to the SUV sounding very aggressive so this isn't your SUV my husband said no. The cop walks away never apologized or anything. We were shaking the rest of the day. Like was this called for with your hand on your gun. I understand the poor pup was in a hot SUV, but why do all that. Other than that the fitted sheet on the bed had stains, the shower had hair. Breakfast was blah....the hotel it self looks run down needs to be remodeled bad.

The breakfast was the best that we have ever had in a hotel setting. The location was easy to find and was not overcrowded with other businesses. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The heating/cooling system was difficult to operate. More USB ports would be appreciated.

near my daughter college

I always stay at this hotel when we bring my daughter too college and this the first time it has roaches I had too go too the store and buy spray to I could spray the room 🥲

Didn't care for the breakfast, old hotel with outdated amenities, shaniqua at the check-in desk is the best. Room was Clean but worn . I liked the bed and slept good

Location was great and within walking distance of alot of places. The beds were so comfy and was made for great sleep. Staff was awesome and very professional. Worth the stay and not very expensive.

The rooms could be updated a lil bit. Only one side of the beds nightstand had an outlet for multiple devices that could charge everything at one time.

Friendly and efficient staffs. Location is good. Room is bright, all lights works. In this trip, we stayed in 3 Quality Inns for total 5 nights and this Quality Inn in Monroe is the best of the three.

Breakfast is ok. In past 5 years, the variety of food in breakfast offered in Quality Inns seems getting worse.

the price was fair and one of the cheapest in the area. the lobby staff was very professional and respectful

the parking lot was really rough one of the grates was almost bent all the way in. there are small pillows and as of my visit the pool is not open.

It was fine, especially if you are in a hurry in the morning. You should be able to sit down at a table and eat it. Not grab it and take it back to your room and eat.

Being able to sit down at a table and eat your breakfast. Open the little dining area it is still closed !
