The location is great; it's a stone's throw from the Vieux Port, and there are lots of restaurants less than 5 minutes away. It's also very close to the shopping district. St. Charles station is about a 20-minute walk away. The apartment is spacious, has really high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchenette, a fab walk-in shower, and a good, comfortable mattress on the bed. It's a couple of doors down from the main hotel where there's a beautiful garden/seating area out the back if you want to chill. The lobby and breakfast room are very tastefully furnished.

Excellent location as the apartment was only 300 meters from the Old Port. Also a quiet location with little city noise. Clean towels and bed linen every day. Restaurant was very good and a reasonable price in the hotel even though there was a wide range of eating places within walking distance. Hotel allowed us to leave our bags prior to booking in later in the day.

Service in the restaurant was rather slow. The room could have had a bedside table at each side of the bed instead of just one side.

Really good location! Some staff were really nice and helpful. A great stay, comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Bathroom lock issues- we got locked in the bathroom many times, loose door Handle or hinge. We did tell the reception staff and she mentioned there was not a technician about as it was a Sunday. Just to be mindful if you are going in groups - there is no separate living room with the sofa bed. One bed room will consist of the kitchen, double bed and sofa bed all in one room.

The location is great- 10 mins walk down to the Vieux Port, a bit more uphill on the way back. Quiet enough in busy Marseille. Room was great- bed v comfy and peaceful. The balcony was good too but overlooked a lantern light to the offices below which was *a bit odd* when a large meeting took place one morning involving clapping at regular intervals but more amusing than a problem.

Nothin really, great for couples. The storage in the room could be more generous.

I've stayed in lots of places in Marseille but this is by far the best. Full disclosure - I bagged the room with the outside terrace, which was wonderful to have! However, the apartment itself was magnificent. Well stocked, fully furnished kitchen and amazing bathroom along with a queen size bed. Unlike many other apartments, this one is serviced every day if you want. The wider complex features an extraordinary courtyard restaurant and bar that's the best kept secret in Marseille and stunning to look at too. The location is exceptional and you are just a few minutes from the bustling port and squares. Extraordinary. I'm coming back a bientot!

It's a minor fault, but my room key holder kept disconnecting and a lamp didn't work (there weren't many lights in the apartment). I mentioned this twice but nothing happened.

The room was clean, light, and modern. The windows kept out the outside sounds really well so for street noise that I was reported in other reviews- it was not an issue at all. There was cooking and eating facilities and a fridge that enabled us to eat breakfast in the room. It's in a very good location in terms of access to public transport and the Vieux Port and surrounds.

There was an adjoining door to the next door apartment that was poorly sealed and let in a lot of noise from the "larger" group partying in that room. To call it an apartment is a bit of a stretch. The pictures showed a soft furnished seating area, but what we got was a small round table and two hard chairs - so there was a bit of a mismatch there.

Excellent location just a few hundred metres from the Old Port. Good size apartment with lift. Comfortable bed. No easy parking in the street but parking station close by.

For the price the apartment was good value and just walking distance to restaurants and shops. However the reception staff could have explained some points better, including the €500 security deposit. The apt was a few doors along the street through a separate entrance from the main hotel. Lightning in the hallway was slow to turn on.

Friendly, helpfull staff at reception. Clean and comfortable room. Very good sound insulation from street noise. Located in the Vieux Port commercial area, good for shopping and just 5 min walk from the waterfront; about 20 min walk from Marseille's nicest neighbourhood, Le Panier.

No towel rail in our room and only one clothes hook in the bathroom. No shampoo provided. The bin in the kitchenette is tiny (full after 1 or 2 meals). Poor sound insulation from neighbouring rooms. Marseille's poor public transport means it's quite long (well over an hour, using the metro then a bus) and expensive (€12+ per person) to get to the airport, though I guess it's not much better from other parts of the city.

Great location on a quiet street a two minute walk from various food shops, five minute walk from the vieux port, staff were really helpful and put our bags away securely when we arrived too early to check in, and did the same the day we left. The apartment was clean and pleasant and had everything we needed. Lovely courtyard garden cafe/bar/restaurant at the main building.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable. Even though our room was street side, it was very quiet and the AC was really great with such hot and humid weather.

The only thing I would recommend is a curtain for the window that connected the bathroom and the bedroom area. If someone went to the bathroom at night, the light would illuminate the sleeping area and it woke me up once.
