The hotel is beautiful and in a great part of Old Town.

The only real negative about our stay was an issue with the staff. Because we arrived far earlier than check-in, we had the hotel check our bags so we could go out to explore. They were placed in a secure, locked room that was only accessible by employees. When we returned, it was obvious that someone had gone through our luggage. Our bags were unzipped and rifled through. And not just the exterior zippers. Someone had gone through the trouble of unzipping each individual pocket within the bags. Thankfully, we carried our passports and money on us and nothing major in was taken. It seems like the culprit was looking for cash.

Very central location, everything within walking reach. Spacious room, excellent service, building in very good condition.

Need to bear in mind, that you are in the middle of old town full of cafes and restaurants thus there will be some noise during the night.

This Hotel was excellent. We arrived early morning and they had our room available. Online check in was completed the day before. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel was very good. We could walk everywhere and felt very safe. The room was beautiful and spacious for 4 women sharing. They accommodated us with single beds. The Hotel arranged transport for us from the airport. Excellent driver and service. We forgot to lock our safe that had $$$$cash, and personal information one morning. We returned to find nothing had been touched. Very honest staff.

We were a group of three friends on a weekend trip to Nice and stayed in a Junior Suite. Both the accommodation and location suited us to a tee. The room was huge, and even if there had been 4 of us (the max. capacity of the room) it would still have been spacious enough to relax in without getting under each other's feet. The mezzanine level had two beds accessed by a spiral staircase. Headroom on the mezzanine is slightly restricted where there's a beam, but only problem if you're quite tall. I'm 5'9 and felt I had to duck to avoid the beam, but my 5'4 friends didn't even notice it. The walk in rain shower was great and the kitchenette had everything we needed for a short stay. There's was also a washing machine, which would be handy for a longer stay. The windows looked out onto a narrow street and included James Bond-esque double layer blinds. Good for black out, if required. We loved stepping out of the hotel and being in the heart of the Old Town with all of its noodle-y streets. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a couple of meters of the front door, though this does mean you might get a bit of noise from this during the night. I wore ear plugs and didn't hear a thing, but one of my friend's heard merry people walking past the hotel in the wee small hours.

Noise late at night from people leaving the nearby bars might be a problem for light sleepers, but didn't affect our stay. It took us a while to get the settings on the air con right, but that was probably our fault.

Fantastic location for exploring all parts of Nice and easy public transport to Monte Carlo. Very walkable as flat. The apartment had everything we needed although we didn’t cook, too many excellent bars & restaurants nearby. The party goers didn’t disturb us either. It calmed down about midnight but if you’re a light sleeper, all you’ll need is ear plugs. The staff were fantastic - informative about the building and helpful. Having a real person at Reception was a real bonus. Washing machine/dryer & washing pods really helpful when travelling. The elevator was so welcome and although we were next to it, it didn’t disturb us at all. Would highly recommend!!

The room was a great size. It was in a wonderful location, close to everything we wanted to see and do as tourists. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There were many restaurants and cafes right outside the door. Our room was quiet at night - no outside noise despite it's central location. We would happily stay again on our next visit.

As we were there in November they had changed the air temperature controls to heating so we found that we were a bit hot in our room. We had to sleep with the window open at night but that was fine.

Wonderful charming spacious mezanine room facing la Rue du Marché. Even lovelyer rooms available overlooking la Place du Palais de Justice.

First room we were checked in (facing the coutryard on the 1st floor) was much smaller, very low ceiling on the mezanine and not at all worth the price we were paying (377 euros a night for 2 people). Fortunately the employes were marcelous people and helped us change rooms (after night 1), for our stay of 7 nights! If you go try and book rooms dacing the street.

It was extremely comfortable hotel that I would definitely book again for my family. Staff was beyond exceptional. I booked a tour through the Alps that I needed to change the number of people on it, Julieth helped me after hours to communicate to the group in French. I am forever grateful. It’s an excellent location in old town. It’s about a five minute walk to the beach, close to an amazing market and 15 minute walk to the Chateau. It’s a 25 minute walk to the train station, but you can take the tram to the train station as well. The tram was about a 5-10 minute walk. We traveled with our 2 year old and there was a park close by, as well as grocery stores to pick up snacks and breakfast for her.

We stopped here for a short stay and loved the location right in the middle of the old town, with loads of cafés, shops, and restaurants just around the corner. Super easy to get around and a really nice area to wander through. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the rooms had everything we needed. Simple, well done, and just what we were after for a few nights. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in Nice.

The location is good. A bakery is just beside the hotel and there are plenty of cafes and eateries around. 5 mins walk to the beautiful Nice beach. And walking distance to Castle Hill. I like the washing machine and dryer available in the room. Room was equipped with all essential items.

Not enough long bars for hanging towels and clothes in the bathroom. The water indicator from the bathtub tap is also mixed up, hot water comes out when you turn to blue and cold water comes out when you turn to red.
