The hotel was everything and more. From the fact it is on the beach and has two open pools, the other amenities are also amazing and really saved our trip since the weather wasn't the best. I definitely recommend taking a visit to the sauna, gym, and even the mini market was the best! Obviously rent the bikes (for free :) ), that was our favorite part and have a chill day lounging in the robes

Hard to reach the front desk because the automated voice is only in Spanish.

The hotel is in a very good position, right next to the beach. Rooms are big and with a very beautiful view. The Hotel comes with free access to the Spa, the Gym and a heated internal swimming pool very useful in winter. The breakfast is good and has a lot of options. The staff is kind and always available. WIFI is available and has good speed. The Hotel has internal restaurants and a small supermarket that are useful because in this area of Sitges there's none. We liked staying here.

The facilities are a bit outdated, they could use a freshen up. The heated swimming pool could be a bit warmer, together with its room, was quite cold when we stayed.

Its location, very calm, and close to the see. (especially our room was looking for the see.) Sitting at the balcony and watching the gulls and swallows was really fantastic.It has a small market at the basement. The bicycle availability made the life easy to get into Sitges not by foot. The cocktails and foods were well prepared, For us it was fabulous.

Our bed was creaking at a small turn too.

Spacious apartment, with a stunning sea view and extra large balcony. The Hotel is located on the quieter side at the end of the main promenade- you can cycle to the old town in 15 minutes( free bikes provided from the hotel). Excellent buffet breakfast.

The buffet breakfast is a bit expensive if you buy it in the day- the hotel could offer a discount for guests. Most of the complementary bikes are very old and rusty and should be replaced.

From the welcoming & helpful staff to the large room with beautiful sea view. Welcome water in fridge & toiletries provided in good size bathroom with dressing gown & slippers. Loads of storage. Handy kitchenette. Daily room service. 2 pools. Spa. 3 restaurants. Free use of bikes & handy tourist train to get into town for lively atmosphere, but was nice to escape to the peace of the hotel. Enjoyed popping over the road to the uncrowded sandy beach. Loved the beach zumba! Supermarket below to mix self catering with eating out. The hotel just kept giving & pleasing us!

Nothing really negative to say. I really missed not having a dressing table & large mirror with light & sockets for doing hair & makeup. Mugs would be good for tea/coffee rather than small cups Toilet seat & kitchen tap needed fixing on arrival but Maintenance did so within 30 minutes of reporting it! No issues there. My husband was hoping to play golf but the cost was prohibitive. Shame. It looked lovely.

Nice roomy balcony, functional kitchen, spacious apartament. Tv in both rooms,good enough internet. Playground outside close to beach. Indoor swimming pool. Free bikes. Game room with table tenis pool and fussball. Quite ok main restaurant and separate restaurant with bar. Verry reasonble priced and stocked minimarket downstairs. Well equipped room when traveling with infant- baby cot,steps, mini chair, feeding chair baby bath.

Far away from center.. Internal swimming pool with several damages sharp broken edges. With leaking roof while raining. Kids pool aslso with damaged edges esaly to cut yourself. Jacuzzi not clean. Playground area with damaged swings. Bikes require to be replaced for newer. Very expensive breakfests if bought separate. For family of 4 two kids 10 and 1 with two parrents is 50 euro... when taken for entire stay also to expesive and not good value. Sofa bed reuires replacement as it reached end of life. Two single bed joined toghether where sliding away all the time. Minimarket was closed on weekend.

It’s right by the sea and a quiet location. The breakfast spread was superb. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The ‘suite’ wasn’t quite what we’d expected- a sofa had been listed as one of the facilities but there wasn’t one or space for one. Breakfast ended at 11 am, even at the weekend. It’s too early. We also had a coffee machine in the room, but only one supply of 5 capsules over a seven night stay. When we asked for more we were told this was all you get as a welcome pack - even though we were staying 7 nights! The capsules were also not available in the shops so a bit frustrating. There was a cafe outside where people with barking dogs would sit early in the morning and wake you up. The cafe was lovely but the kitchen wasn’t always open so you couldn’t often order a snack with your drink.

Beautiful sea view right on the beach. Probably best in Sitges. Lovely clean apartment with more cleaning than you could ask for. 2 x good size pools for variety. As aparthotel is a little far from town, it is good to have an option for a land train or local L2 bus from the Terramar hotel just 5 mins walk away. Depends on what you want, but we like being sea front and out of town for peace, choosing to walk or travel in to town daily and evening if we want. There's also a well stocked mini market below the hotel with a morning fresh bakery section. This was our second visit and was very good.

Stayed in the Junior suite with 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom would benefit from a table/place to sit comfortably at a laptop.

Location and facilities were perfect for our trip. Our apartment room was spacious and was cleaned every day.

Not all of the restaurants onsite were open. Restaurant that was open only served food at specific times. Appreciate the country's cultural differences, but with guests arriving who may have travelled hours with children, it would be nice to accommodate foods outside of cultural norms, especially at it is specifically for tourists. Having said, I would recommend and return again.

We took a suite for a family of four, rather expensive but usual for holiday season. The sea is just under your balcony, two big swimming pools, jacuzzi, child-friendly, good breakfast buffet, modern room, excellent air-conditioning, clean towels everyday, good room service, friendly staff everywhere, fantastic views.

The breakfast was already included but otherwise the restaurants of the hotel are rather expensive (could be cheaper). If you come from abroad and want to make a tour in the area or to visit Barcelona (i.e. not stay in the hotel all the time) then consider renting a car. Parking is available for 15-25 euros a day.
