Location to the International Conference Centre was good especially for the price which was excellent. Our stay was only for 1 night but the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. Very comprehensive breakfast. All the staff from the reception and restaurant staff to the cleaners were very attentive, friendly and helpful.

A fair amount of refurbishment work is currently going on in the building which has caused quite a bit of disturbance. The communal areas, hallways, etc., are a little tired and need of attention which I'm sure they'll undergo once the refurbishment works are completed.

Staff, so friendly. The hotel is under repairs. Tha being said, for the money..excellent. The night porter George couldn't do enough to help along with the night staff. After a 7-hour terrible journey from the northwest, and a very hectic couple of days, I felt dread to drive back. I phoned reception and booked a third night. Visited farnborough for a few drinks, after the best relaxing day, ordered some food. The night staff delivered along with an order drink. Absolutely lovely. Thank you.one and all..xx🇬🇧🫡💙❤️💙

Nothing, showers fab..staff amazing.

Hotels like this are sadly a dying breed. Everywhere I stay these days seems to be a claustrophobic-feeling box where your air is provided by climate-control that makes it either too hot or too cold and ALWAYS too dry. They always have staff that see you as a customers to be gotten in and then gotten out, and have the most basic of "facilities" where if you're lucky you might be able to get a stale croissant left outside your door and only one or two questionable stains on the linen. Therefore it was an unexpected and EXTREMELY pleasant surprise to find myself in what I would like to call a REAL hotel, I feel it's been too long. The young lady that checked me in was incredibly kind and professional. The room was quiet and very, very clean. Every possible want had been provided, including a free mini-bar, a bath AND shower, and (still trying to believe this one) BLACKOUT CURTAINS instead of single-weave handerkerchiefs. The hotel offers a very spacious and well-stocked bar & restaurant with real freshly cooked food, as well as a gym etc. The reception team also very kindly checked me in early AND watched my bag ALL DAY for me the following day. A wonderful stay, I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you.

I can almost always find something that I would change about a hotel stay, but this time I'm really struggling. Perhaps if anything (and I'm REALLY scraping the barrel here) a pen and pad for the room?

Room was sparkling clean and likewise the bathroom was really clean and looked brand new. None of that odd hotel/motel smell you get in most places (I think that's the pest control spray that they use to keep the critters at bay). Staff members were extremely accommodating. I ride a mobility scooter and they made sure that I had a dedicated car park space at the entrance closest to my room. Breakfast was good. They had better choices than most for the breakfast - a good selection of cereal, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt and a good selection of hot food. They had poached eggs too which is rae in my experience. Really enjoyed the stay and I would book again.

Only issue was the wheelchair lift to descend a few steps to the lower ground where my room was. My scooter was about 2 inches too long to fit the lift. But this is a listed building so they can only do so much. Perhaps a temporary ramp would be better but they went out of their way to help resolve the issue. Dedicated car park space in the rear near my room and left the back doors open for me to get in after my show at the theatre.

Location, parking and room.

Workmen everywhere, which is expected during a refurbishment. But having the workmen use the same toilets and coffee facilities as guests should not be done. In this case, they should be Heard and not Seen. Bar prices are excessive. I also assume that the current bar is temporary, as it is not inviting at all. And nowhere at all to sit outside during this refurbishment. I'd only go back when the refurbishment is finished.

The room was clean, nicely laid out. The bed was very comfy and it was nice to have a bath and shower available in the room. The location to the venue (Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre) was exceptionally close and easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and professional. The food was excellent, with some very good vegetarian option. I am not actually a vegetarian, but enjoyed the vegetarian food options available. The falafel wraps were exceptional. Breakfast was very good both in choice, quality and value; although with my trade show starting very early an earlier breakfast start would have been better.

The lack of a lift meant quite a few stairs with luggage, but I was offered assistance. The oddest thing was the lighting in the room, every light seeming having its own switch, with no "master switch", so when you enter the room it takes a while to get the lights turned on. The room was clean, but probably could have been aired a bit more as had a slight dusty smell. I am really grasping at straws though as one of the bets hotel stays I have had recently.

Very convenient for my needs

Could hear people walking around above me. On Sunday morning had two sets of guests with children & these children were having a great time playing in the passage way outside my room obviously making a noise & the parents obviously thought that was ok & not a thought that maybe people wanted to sleep in on a Sunday. Suggest you put notices up in passages that children are not to play or make a noise in the passages. The parents have no respect for others.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on the second floor with no lift, but someone was available to carry our suitcases for us. We are both over 80. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and for dinner.

There was no proper marmalade, only a diabetic one. There were packets of jam, we could have had marmalade in that form too. The bed was rather narrow.

We liked almost everything. Instantly, it felt quite welcoming as entered. Reception staff welcomed us and gifted the kids with small things and milk + cookie vouchers, which put a smile on their face. Things were much more easy going after that. We enjoyed our overnight stay. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, variety and the help from staff.

In the executive rooms, sofa bed may need an upgrade going forward. Although it's a good size once opened, it's not level hurt my back a bit.

Breakfast was amazing, it was made to order which was much better than the usual hot buffet which is usually luke warm in hotels. The service at breakfast was fantastic - Rosie, Orion & Ran! The lady in reception that greeted me on the evening of Friday 24th Jan was lovely and offered me a drinks voucher which was much needed after a very long day! Great customer service throughout stay! Thanks very much.
