Hotel was a right little find for us - very welcoming and friendly staff, great facilities, clean, great food and superbly comfortable room and great to get out and about from by car/taxi Breakfast options (hot or cold) was always fresh from buffet whilst a massive selection of lunch/dinner menus provided a new choice every night of a 12 day stay. Eating and drinking within the hotel was just as reasonably priced as within town at local restaurants. Hotel use iPad type devices to show and describe everything on their menus which is a great idea too Gym was well stocked with equipment - sadly never had time to sample the Spa area Nearby Bran Castle and Brasov two must visit places as well as nearby shopping centre (air con'd)

Being very picky about things other things - free water fountains perhaps should be available around the pool area in summer months or provide larger bottles within the rooms? And charges for mini bar slightly excessive - £6 for a Toblerone and £3 for a Mars bar but then if you don't consume them then there is no issue I suppose!

1) They have a large pool with some floats, it was cold since we visited the hotel in May which is out of season. I would guess around June to August the weather would be slightly warmer and it would be more relaxing to take a dip in the pool. 2) Their spa facilties were amazing. They have two Jacuzzis, two saunas, and a steam room which were included with our room booking. 3) The quality of their breakfast was good, though limited in options for a 5 star hotel, and they have some additional options of eggs and omletes (I recommend the eggs benedict). Not to mention their variety of coffee and tea options. 4) This is the only hotel I've been to where they have a selection of pillows you can choose from. My hat's off to the hotel for this. In addition, the mattress was very comfortable, my wife was able to sleep without feeling my movements during the night. 5) The staff were very helpful and attentive and they allowed us a late checkout, mainly because we had a massage booked at 12 PM. This level of hospitality and leniency is not common with a lot of hotels.

There was both a technical issue with the phone since it felt that it wasn't going through to the reception as well as there being no staff member available at the reception when one of our friends were accidentally locked out of their room. Granted it was around 1 AM, and we managed to spot a staff member near the restaurant, I would expect that they have round-the-clock staff for a 5-star hotel.

The breakfast was great. The food at the restaurant is delicious, ate there twice and everything we ordered was excellent. The spa is very good, was pretty empty when we were there (middle of September). Loved the bowling/snooker, clean and maintained. Hadn't tried the food there but heard its good. There's a big shopping mall few minutes from the hotel. Don't miss the spa!

The outside pool is not heated so can't use it unless you visit during the summer.

Staff a bit moody. Hotel basically In the middle of no where and a car is needed to get anywhere Did not feel safe if out on foot.

Clean, relaxing, no kids 😊 i loved the nice music, silence, food, facilities.

On the TV screen in my room not my name showing up. It shown another man name, maybe they forgot to change it. Small things matter. Didn’t like the smell in the room when I first came in.

Beautiful hotel with amazing SPA and massage included in the price.Staff very well trained and high level of hospitality!Variety of breakfast options!Quality food at the restaurant for dinner. I do recommend this hotel!

30%service tax for room service is a bit pricey

Loved the massages I had, really relaxing. Also, the saunas were awesome and the breakfast was more than enough. I need to mention I particularly loved the big fruit arrangements in the morning at the buffee. Also, all the staff were extremely nice, starting from the front-office who asked if I need help with the bags and ending with the Spa receptionists. I would have loved an indoor swimming pool but that's just because I arrived at Sky Blue in autumn. I do need to mention the outside pool was extremly clean!

Amazing spacious rooms with great desing Breakfast, excellent amenities (pool, Spa, restaurant, gym). Service of staff (they finished croissants and chef came to us to tell us to wait for 10 min to make a new batch). Always helpfúl.

The room is amazing, the breakfast was decent. BUT, the best part is we checked out at 12pm but we still could use the spa around 6pm as long as you notice the staffs in advance. The spa was exceptional

The hotel has a huge pool, which is used as a beach for external guests. Because of this, there is loud music and crowds all day. If you are staying with a family, it is not recommended to ask for a room overlooking the pool.
