Breakfast was good, they even had some higher end stuff like pasture raised hard boiled eggs. We also loved the location and the room, but most of all the staff were fantastic. We even misplaced a room key and a staff member drove in past the office’s closing time to print us new keys and let us in.

Honestly the only thing I didn’t absolutely love was that the bathroom could stand to be remodeled, but that is such a tiny detail in the grand scheme of things. We had an excellent time and the room itself was beautiful and very comfortable.

Loved it here!!! I had booked only one night but ended up staying two. The staff were so helpful and kind ( especially the staff the night I checked in if management is reading this she is awesome!) having breakfast on site makes it easy to just stay in and relax. I can see what people mean about in walls being thin and hearing sounds - I am the lightest sleeper ever and didn’t have a problem, but if the hotel were full, I could see that happening. I would just call ahead and request a top floor if you’re worried about it.

The view was great looking out the window from bed and seeing the water was beautiful. There is a lot of car noise so that does take away from the experience. I felt safe in the area. Loved the fire pit! Love the coffee and teas that are available all day.

It was not as clean as I would have preferred. The bathroom had had several non-professional repairs that were not pretty. The beds were ok, more firm than I like and the pillows had no structure. There was a heated pool, it was not very heated and it was not clean. Says breakfast but items were limited.

The view is exceptional, although it's not a straight on sunset view. You can see a nice view of sunset from the balcony. The spa tub is lovely, though I wouldn't want to share it with anyone else. It's a little small for sharing imo. Coffee,tea, and hot chocolate bar fully stocked with some fruit in the lobby. Bed was comfortable. Nice large room with high ceilings.

There is no elevator, FYI. I was kinda disappointed about the heated outdoor pool not being available. I figured since it was heated and weather so nice, it would be open. It was out of season, so I understand. There was a " ticking" sound all night. I'm not sure what it was, but it's super annoying. I ended up plugging in AC and turning the fan as high as it would go to drown out the sound and be able to sleep. All in all it was a lovely stay with a beautiful view. All staff was exceptional.

Very nice staff, nice view with patio, lots of choices at grab and go breakfast, big bathtub and comfortable bed.

Tho it seemed like there weren't a ton of people around we were put one unit from the end right next to another couple/family at the end. It was one of those units that you can open a shared door if each side unlocks it, and it just seemed like I could hear EVERYTHING that they were doing/saying. Also, made me self conscious of making any noise. Esp when we used the bathtub that night, that was very near the shared door. The microwave was also right next to the shared door and I felt so bad using it in the morning multiple times to heat up breakfast because the beep was so loud.

the room was extremely large and set up beautiful newly renovated. The view of the bay was nice as well. a very spacious balcony for sitting and viewing and listening to waves.The breakfast was good for on the go.

What I didnt like was they took $100 on my credit card for deposit that I wasnt prepared for and put it back a couple days later so be prepared your debit will be for $100 more than the amount of your stay. It took 3 days before it was returned to my account.

This place was clean and every staff person we came in contact with was super friendly and made us feel welcome to be there. Our room had a jacuzzi tub which I took full advantage of. We were also pleased with the microwave, refrigerator and bar sink. These all made our stay so much nicer. The breakfast options included boiled eggs, yogurt, instant oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, coffee, hot chocolate and several choices of hot tea. The food was all designed to take back to the room to enjoy. While it was not a hot buffet, it was a nice breakfast meal. Our best joy of this stay was the view overlooking the bay. We had a small issue with too much heat, and we discussed it with Frank. He was very accommodating regarding the situation and promised to have it looked into. While we cannot afford this place during the in season, we certainly were pleased with our price and facilities during this off season stay.

Although the hotel cannot control it, we had cigarette smoke flow into our room through the doors at our deck. One other minor detail, the inside of the coffee maker could use a cleaning. I think it was just minerals from the water, but it did look a little unpleasant. Otherwise, it really was a perfectly enjoyable stay.

Beautiful lake overlook. Neat room layout and a really comfortable bed! Staff were just outstanding!

Dead bugs in the fan light and on the walls; spider webs on fan, bathroom corners and around the ceiling edges; dirty corners and black mold on sliding glass doors and in the bathroom; hot tub missing a control knob and the drain plug broken ; room door facing front to street would not close completely so there was constant road noise; stairwells were dirty and had damaged windows.

Many items needed to be fixed in the room. Cosmetic yes, but at that price I Don't expect the handle on the slider to be broken, the registers in the bathroom are rusty and broke, the shelving not level, the hot and cold water in the shower are opposite of what the knob says so obviously installed wrong and the faux drawer on the little kitchen counter was loose in one corner so it was hanging crooked. Pics of room somewhat deceiving. It should be noted that all entrances are from the outside. Breakfast is coffee, muffins, apples, bananas and oatmeal. Juices, yogurt and breakfast sandwiches are in a cooler. Anything that needs to be warmed you need to take it back to your room and cook it in the microwave. This is not a breakfast area where you fix your food and sit down to eat.

The best thing about the property was the helpfulness and friendliness of the front desk clerk, Amanda. We had trouble with the air conditioner in our room (it was very noisy and just wouldn’t run properly). This room was 211 and tucked in the corner and didn’t have the best view at all. However, the next morning we advised Amanda of the problem with the air conditioner and despite the hotel being full we were given a lovely room, 318, where everything was working properly. A great view of the beach and a bit away from the pool, which was great for us. The hotel is a bit dated but kept clean. If you look beyond that and come and enjoy the view you will have a good stay. We particularly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach. Breakfast was breakfast sandwiches, muffins, coffee, tea, cereal, yogurt and some fruit. You take from the lobby area into your room to heat up the sandwiches. Breakfast was adequate.

There is no privacy between the balconies. One patron thought it was okay to watch a tutorial on his laptop at high volume and we got the pleasure of hearing it. Not enjoyable. Not hotels fault but inconsiderate guests.
