My husband and I were a little hesitant to stay here since we've had bad experiences with other lodgings in the past - both with and without our dog. I'm happy we did because the rates were much lower than other places in the area and they accepted dogs with a fairly low $25/night fee (we'd prefer no fee but some places charged $50+ a night). They had dog biscuits in a large jar and dog goody bags, which I thought was a great touch since we stayed with our dog. The rooms were very clean and the hallways didn't "stink." We stayed for 2 nights and it was very quiet with the other patrons friendly and respectful. I felt safe enough to walk our dog alone early in the morning as the street is pretty busy. Parking lot is very well lit at night. There are 2 side entrances and the main entrance is in the center. There is an elevator for all 3 floors so it was easy to go back and forth if we had to take our dog out, though she preferred the stairs. Check in staff at night was great. He helped us modify our reservations with no issues. Day staff helped me find utensils after breakfast was over. Check out staff in the morning helped me get a paper receipt. Breakfast was very continental so no hot foods except for instant oatmeal. They were very responsive to the 2 questions I had using Booking.com's messaging service. It was enough to snack and hold us over until we started our day. Overall a great experience and great location that's near many locations.

VERY minor: Another hot tea choice would've been great other than the black tea offered. Something like green tea, chamomile or similar would've made it complete for me, but I understand if hot teas aren't a popular choice in this area. Ceilings could've used a dusting or wipe down since the AC unit blow the dust upward.

The room was very clean and updated. The staff was super helpful when we first arrived. We had an issue with the A/C unit not working in our first room, but he proactively brought a new room key with him in case the issue could not be resolved immediately. We were minimally inconvenienced because of this, so I commend him for thinking ahead with a solution like that. Job well done, sir!

The WiFi wouldn't connect properly in our room for some reason, but wasn't a huge deal to us, but could be for some.

Easy parking and nice enough place for the price. The location was about 5 min from the cool downtown area, so close but not easily walkable AND across the street from the lake which was fantastic...but hard to cross the street AND quick easy drive to early morning flights. The windows opened (a plus for me) and people were great. Overall great for the affordable price.

It was very noisy with the traffic (I was on the end of the building, so maybe not as bad on the other side)

The room was spacious, the staff was great and the best part is they are dog friendly. I was able to take my 64lb pup with me and had zero issues. They even have treats for them! The location is not terrible but it is a little distance from downtown- but it is manageable. Good value for the price.

The rooms do need some updates- especially the bathrooms. The continental breakfast offered was not good.

Spacious room, excellent water pressure, good wifi, very comfortable bed, basic, but decent breakfast. Variety of yogurt, fresh apples and oranges, a variety of cereal and juice. I am not a coffee drinker, but there was a nice coffee bar available,

The breakfast had only one hot option which was oatmeal. Really difficult to make a left turn out of the parking lot.

The spa tub and fire place was awesome, great bed and very clean and spacious room.

The offered breakfast was a little lame, wish they had more drink options and at least something that wasn't sweet. Like a meat option or at least more fresh fruit options.. also not being able to check in until 4 was a bit annoying, even asking for early check-in would get you in an hour earlier..

The fireplace room with the in room jacquizzi was just what we were looking for to decompress for a couple days. The coffee was very good too! The bed was comfy. Very satisfied with the price as well.

No hot items for breakfast. Microwaveable breakfast Sammy's would be a great addition. The oranges were delicious!

The coffee was available 24 seven in the lobby. My partner grabbed some bananas for a marathon he ran there. He thought they put out extra bananas which he considered considerate.

With the hotel being on a major highway I thought it was considerate they were able to move us to a room in the back away from the highway. However it was still kind of noisy from the traffic sounds. It was memorial day weekend though. Only other complaint was the toilet paper in the bathroom which was pretty flimsy.

Our room was very nice. It had a gas fireplace, a jacuzzi tub in the room with a nice large comfy bed. For breakfast it was just the basics, coffee, juices, cereal, fruits and yogurt. All good. Breakfast room was clean and well kept. Fitness center was well lit and clean also.

There wasn't much not to like. Construction next door was a little loud, but not the fault of the hotel at all.

The room was nice and clean. The price was decent. The check-in and check-out staff were very nice.

We didn’t like the grab and go breakfast. We would like you to serve a continental breakfast, with a variety of hot food. Most hotels where we stay offer a true continental breakfast. Moving forward we will most likely stay at a hotel that offers a full breakfast.
