My stay here was overall pleasant. The location was perfect for everything I wanted to do—I could easily walk to one of the Ayala malls, House of Lechon, and several other spots. For places further away, catching a ride was just as convenient. I booked a two-bedroom apartment so my friend and I could each have our own space, and we both had our own bathrooms with full showers. The small kitchen with a fridge was a nice touch, and each room had a window AC unit, though I rarely needed to use it. The facility felt secure with on-site guards, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet with no noise or disturbances from neighbors. My only minor concern was that the furniture was a bit dated, and I didn’t have my own towel or couldn’t find where they were kept. Aside from that, everything was comfortable, and I had a good stay.

Good Space 3 persons fit, if you have a baby a cot can be provided thats a big + for us. All in all a very good stay for the money. I seen much worse.

Can be a Little noisy from traffic etc. on second floor. Blankets can be upgraded they are not very comfy to lie under. Towels dont dry you very well. No airco in the living room but 1 in each bedroom( manually controlled, can make loads of noise if set wrong)

The location is a walking distance from ayala center and the staff were very helpful, place clean and comfortable.

The 2 bedroom flat has one good size bedroom with small toilet while the other bedroom was small with a big toilet.

I am most satisfied with how reliable the internet was, since I work from home, this is a big plus for me. Having 2 bedrooms in one unit is also a plus for me, with kitchenette and balcony!

Good size for 3 adults in 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Basic amenities in the kitchen with good size fridge. Great to have a small living room beside the two bedrooms.

No knife in the kitchen and no stove, just a microwave. Curtains not obscuring the room. Street noisy.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Free parking.

There was no AC in the kitchen or in any of the bathrooms. Neighboring house's dog was constantly barking, all day and all night long.

Good value for money. Ideal for 3 people in 2 bedrooms with a common living room.

Reception not staffed after office hours so impossible to get additional supplies like toilet paper. Not good if you are claustrophobic as hardly any window.

Spacious apartment style rooms, great location walking distance to Ayala, quiet neighborhood. Fairly comfortable bed, clean and new. Great host and security, friendly, helpful and relaxed. The wifi was good enough. Street view room has nicer outlook.

Shower pressure in front apartment, not much water. The gym equipment was not really geared up for a workout.

Suite was spacious, fridge, electric sockets in right places, good Tv channel selection in English, good ac, good shower, good wi fi..fast lift, comfortable bed

Kettle but no tea and coffee Gym is limited

the gym needs to be improved and one of the security guard to the gym could be more friendlier to guests as well.
