The front desk clerk Tawanna ( possibly spelled it wrong) was superb!! She needs a raise!!!

The clerk worked my entire stay ALONE!!! We checked in Friday night. When I checked out Sunday, she was STILL WORKING!!! I frequented the main lobby throughout the weekend and she was STILL THE ONLY ONE WORKING!!!! Not only should she be well compensated, she earned a promotion, and she needs a full benefits package. Some of the customers were rude and impatient Tawanna remained professional and calm. Host a hiring event asap!! But PAY THAT WOMAN WHAT SHE DESERVES!!! And to other travelers, if you meet her, tip her!!!! Recognitions of hard work should be MONETIZED!!!

Good location, close to activities but not in the middle of it. It was obviously clean, smelled and looked clean. Simple updates for a well kept appearance, comfortable.

It is clear they are trying to keep costs down but the comforter and one of the sheets had stains. They had clearly been laundered but the stains didn’t come out. I recommend donating stained linen and investing in more. It just looks bad, made me a little uncomfortable.

The hotel meets the standards for its price, good service, basic but well-served breakfast and everything is clean. I liked the quality of the mattress, I had a good night's sleep. It was very quiet. Wi-Fi es good.

When I opened the door to my room, I could smell smoke cigarettes, which was terrible, and the floor was laminate flooring, and it looked dirty, so I don't know if it was like that or if the floor was not mopped properly.

The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and the hotel has a great location. For an overnight stay it was great! Our room was in the third floor on the back, and it was quiet, which we appreciated a lot. The breakfast was good, classic hotel breakfast. If need, I would stay again there.

There isn't anything specific that I didn't "like". The only details that could be worked on is the eggs for the breakfast, they were veeery watery. Besides that all good!

Although there was a limited breakfast bar, the food was good overall especially the waffles. The juice was good and did not taste watered down either like most hotels. The hotel was clean and you can tell it’s just been remodeled. The only problem we had was flushing the toilet. It made this loud noise that scared the mess out of me when I first flushed it. I thought I broke it, it sounded so bad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and its location was very convenient to our destinations. I will stay again!

I wish we had a little bit more to choose from with breakfast. The toilet made an awful noise when you flush it!

The hotel was top quality. The room was very clean. The staff was exceptional.

It would have been better if it was a little quieter. The children in the adjoining room ran up and down the hall screaming and playing. It was no problem during the day. But after 11pm was kind of annoying. We left a day early as to get home and get some rest. Other than this everything was exceptional.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. The location was easy to get in and out of and I like the fact that there was exterior and interior room options. Would have loved it even better if the room we had came with 2 queen beds instead of 2 fulls. But overall it was a great stay.

The wait and the line for a waffle. My suggestion would be to have more than one waffle maker. The microwave in our room had French text, so we had a time trying to use it but we figured it out.

The two front desk staff members I talked to were incredibly friendly, helpful, and resolved the few issues that I had immediately. Great staff!

I saw what could've been a small sauce stain, but looked like a bloodstain, on the sheets of the bed that I didn't sleep on. The floor was also so dirty that I went to wipe up some water I spilled and the napkin came back black.

The room was just as expected. Everything was super clean and fresh. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Layout is a bit confusing. Stairs on one end and elevator on the other. Both look like the main entrance. Stairs often had water puddles from pool goers making the area slick.

Comfortable and clean Hotel for a reasonable price. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good I thought considering it was included in the price. Good variety and well stocked.

Location is a bit out of the way but I had a car so was not a big issue.
