Very high quality hotel. I loved the bathtub. Good breakfast. 20 min to the airport

Bed was a little bit too hard. They made a mistake giving us different room from what we have ordered but were quick to fix it. No one answering the phone from our room. Switch on one lamp was broken and doors to the bathroom need adjustment

We had a little mess during check in but staff managed to sort it later, we arrived after midnight after a long flight, the only 2 things we wanted - shower and bed. And we got it!

The room was a bit small with funny outdated TV, a tiny double bed and pillows filled with concrete :D Also we had to take quite a hot shower because the knob that regulates the temperature didn't move, looked broken. The croissants which we got for breakfast in the room were ridiculously small, literary for one bite :D

Both times I have stayed the staff have been the most incredible people, every single person makes you feel welcome and they work well together to provide the best service - a special shout out though to Aline at the front desk, I arrived with over 24 hours of no sleep at no exaggeration and was overwhelmed in needing some, she went above and beyond finding me a quiet room to get the rest I needed, walked me to my room and even offered someone to bring camomile tea to help me get settled in. while I didn't require the tea it was the extra level of care that went into making sure I had everything I needed and had an amazing stay, especially as I was in tears with exhaustion, she has the best poker face and was all smiles when I came down to thank her again later. I will also mention Batikan who I met the first time I stayed. Batikan offered the most impeccable service in the bar/restaurant and remembered me this stay as well, including how I like my coffee, what my go to meals/non-alcoholic drinks were, he offered fantastic recommendations when I couldn't make up my mind and I was never disappointed! there was even an incident with another customer being inappropriate and he took note, offered to move my table, voluntarily told his manager who then had security keep an eye on the situation, while the attitude of this person was at no fault of the hotels, again the level of care and safety I felt staying here as a solo female was amazing! I will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family who visit Dublin! shout out to the kitchen as well! not one bad meal!!! :)

The staff were so friendly and helpful from the beginning just a stunning hotel too you feel ever so welcomed. It was a long day travelling and we had many questions and all the staff were just so helpful! Super location wise to get the bus straight into Dublin it’s very quiet around too which we loved. We had both dinner and breakfast and both had great options! Great for any type of experience would 100% stay again !

The shower wasn’t great, a trickle of water if that zero pressure but after trying it out decided to have a bath following morning and was lovely spacious and quick to fill so there was good pressure. You have to book the bar restaurant and got extremely busy so you couldn’t sit down but we went to the restaurant and there’s no one there and was so lovely again the staff were so lovely helped with dietary restrictions too

Excellent communication before trip inc taking time and e mailing clarification of requested details. Check-in was smooth and as we wanted our 3 rooms close together the receptionist gave us a complimentary upgrade of one of the rooms to facilitate this request. We then used that larger room to gather in and enjoyed the setting sun. I liked that my bedroom was made up each day and fresh fluffy towels each day. I liked the south easterly orientation of my room as I could relax in the sunny room after breakfast reading my book listening to the birds singing. I liked the bedroom facilities which included an empty fridge for my drinks. A fan, touch screen heating system to individualise my own comfort levels and a smaller hot and cold fan system. Ice machines on corridor. Vending machines of snacks needed and all the other usual facilities like room service etc. The rooms are generously proportion with large bathrooms which were nicely tiled and included a bath as well as a large power shower with piping hot water. The buffet breakfast was marvelous with hot food, several types of breads mini muffins croissants pancakes vegetables meats eggs and museli yogurts juices with lovely staff here too.Nice outdoor seating areas especially the breakfast dining room. I had expected some noise from a flight path not too far away but this was not a problem. We had a lovely few days and were very happy with all aspects of our stay including value for money and we were well placed for shopping and visits into city centre.

Overall, a pleasant stay: - The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. - There was plenty of parking. - The hotel is out of town and so the area around the hotel is quite quiet. - The staff was nice and friendly.

The room was generally a bit tired. One of the legs on the table in the room was barely hanging together. If I had sneezed at it, it probably would have collapsed. There is a supermarket across the road, but there are no easy ways to walk to that block of shops!

Nice size room over looking a lovely garden

Couldn't get room service late at night, not even a toasted sandwich so we had to call for a takeaway which too 30/40 mins to arrive. When paying my account the next morning, I stressed I wanted to use the same card machine so they could clear the pre authorisation of €100 they took the night before and she promised me she had used the code and it would be cleared but although the charge is showing on my card, the €100 is still being held. Reception need more training on the machines.

Lovely first impression

Chairs in rooms and bed (mattress) were very soft and felt well warn. Lighting in the room was off. No lamp matched and couldn't be used via the switch by beds. It felt cramped even with the 2 rooms joined as the chair was pushed over to make way for extra bed, but this meant the double bed had to be climbed over to use the toilet in the night.

The staff were amazing. We had arrived from Australia after 30 hours of travel and had a flat tyre on the rented car and the reception staff sorted it for us. Then the staff in the bar were friendly and made us feel very special. The food and drink were exactly what the doctor ordered. The hotel was perfect for our requirements.

We could not make the ice machine work on the fifth floor. Not a big problem but after so long on a plane I was quite dehydrated
