The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was very clean, the bathroom large, and the beds very comfortable. The location was superb with a fantastic restaurant directly beside. Parking was very convenient and accessible.

If you don't like climbing stairs, book at ground level. The one window in our room faced the walkway where everyone walked by, so we could never open our curtains. Next time, we would request a room facing a different direction. Our room also had a joining door to another room, so we could hear their TV and sports watching enthusiasm, so that's something else we would avoid next time.

Clean and friendly. They accommodated our later arrival. The grounds and parking were great. The air conditioning worked well and we had hot humid temperatures for the week. Beds were comfortable. They did clean room well when we didn’t leave the signage up to skip our room that day. Very Safe. Coffee in the morning was good. Did not use the bar that was open later.

They have a wonderful outside sitting area that is under utilized. Must have provided food/restaurant in the past. Would have been nice to have something to go with the coffee. Even some baked items. Not a big Timmy’s fan. Breakfast on the island is not cheap.

It is a historic building that has been kept nicely. We loved our room on the third floor. It had AC, which we needed in the heat wave. Very friendly staff and great location. Very easy to find.

When I booked it, I was pleased to see it had a restaurant on site and breakfast was included for an extra $10 charge. This is one of the main reasons I booked it. It had neither a restaurant or breakfast available...instead a list of restaurants in the area was provided. I was very disappointed since I was looking forward to everything being on site. I believe for the price, it should reflect what is advertised. This was disappointing!!!

We stayed in the annex which was on ground level. The room was very very modern(recently renovated?). The location was within short walking distance of eat street and harbour area. Staff was very very helpful. Cleaning staff did a wonderful job.

A little stuffy without a window. The beds were small/short. All minor issues though.

Very central location for the main core area as well as getting in and out of the city for day trips. Bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness was excellent. Nice well stocked bar for a an evening drink.

The air conditioner was very loud when it kicked on. Hard to adjust and always loud.

There was coffee and tea. I don't remember any breakfast. The room was better than expected. Given that it was in the annex I wasn't sure what to expect. It was clean, with lots of storage. The bathroom was nice and clean with heated ceramic tile floors.

It could have been less expensive, but all hotels are more expensive now.

Great location..far enough out of the center of Charlottetown but close enough to walk for dinner and shopping. Great location. Staff were welcoming, efficient and very friendly!! I have stayed at two other locations in Charlottetown and this is where I will stay again.

The Dundee Arms is a fabulous place to stay in Charlottetown. It has lots of historical character; our apartment was comfortable, warm, very spacious and had lots of windows to enjoy the views of the lovely old church across the road. It is also perfectly located to easily access all that Charlottetown has to offer.

There was nothing about the Dundee Arms that we didn't like.

would liked to have breakfast available but otherwise there was nothing that we disliked and even that was offset by the quality of the room, facilities and overall atmosphere

I loved the original decor, friendly staff, safety, and all the little details to make sure you have everything for your stay.

There is a lot of stairs, we didn't mind but that may impact other traveller's.
