Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpfull. A hand written note with some dades were waiting for us in the room. The room was very clean, big and an amazing bathroom with amazing shower and bath with TV. The rooms were daily very well cleaned, with respect for our belongings. The swimming pool was big and the spa facilities are excellent. Also after check-out the staff stayed helpfull and we could store our lugage and use the facilities.

The restaurants don't have the same standard as the hotel, they are still good though. Our main problem was with the Japanese restaurant that is very dark, the main course came while we were still eating the first course and the desert wasn't available.

The room was clean, comfortable and great, everything thing is perfect, most of the city landmarks are minutes away by walking, i would certainly stay in this place for my next visit, and i recommend whoever planning to visit Doha for couple of days to stay there ..

Mmm there was that screen in the bathroom was a bit annoying, i tried to shut it down I didn’t know how, and the remote control wasn’t working, but i left a note for the housekeepers to deal with it and they did, also the prices for a night in the hotel are a bit expensive, but am kinda understanding this due to the location and how great the place is ..

This is our second time staying here and I would highly recommend. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The scent as you walk in is stunning along with the rooms. We offered the choice for connecting rooms as we were a group of 5 (with child). The room amenities were stunning with the bathroom being spacious. The area is ideal as it is situated within walking distance of the metro and soul waqif. Lovely cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the free tram around the area. The cafe staff at Anis were amazing and also accommodated our groups requirements. Will definitely be our regular staying point.

Only small improvement would be the pillows. Too soft and would have liked the option of firmer ones.

Excellent location at the heart of Msheireb and just few minutes from Souk Wajif , all the staff are helpful and friendly especially Ms. Anna she was super supportive and managed to attend to my request. the room was big comparing with same category at different hotels, clean and tidy room , and comfortable bed.

You need to take two elevators to reach your room though there is one elevator takes you directly from ground level to your floor, but it takes too much time. the sunshade/curtain for all the windows close together so you don't have the flexibility to keep one side open

Amazing. All staff and everything was perfect. Hotel was spotless, calm and quiet. Room was absolutely soundproof. It was beyond luxurious. I can say that it was totally different experience among all my other accommodations. Hotel’s breakfast was luxurious restaurant grade. Open buffet and couple of options which you can order from your table or both.

The location is great and close to services. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also, there is a housekeeper employee her name Arshin. She is very nice and helpful.Also, those who work in the reception are all wonderful staff. They made a birthday surprise for my little brother, it was on 17 Aug morning. they were very nice.Next time I will choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it

ALL of the staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Of note, was the young woman at the front desk from Durban. When we went down for a late breakfast, the staff and the breakfast were amazing. The manager offered to make a plate of assorted traditional foods for us and our waiter, Ali was very attentive. The flowers around the hotel were beautiful. We would highly recommend this hotel.
