Our hosts own the hardware store downstairs. They were very welcoming and full of good information and recommendations for how to get around Porto, where we might eat, what buses to take, fun things to do, etc. Moreover, they were very flexible. My niece who lives in Berlin decided to join us. Our hosts simply added a bit of cost to cover 3 people rather than two. Very painless and professionally handled. We arrived hours late in Porto because of a rail strike forcing us to take a bus from Lisbon. When we arrived, our hosts had allowed my niece into the unit and provided a bonus gift of a bottle of port wine and 3 glasses. Took the edge off totally! All of our questions were answered, and they provided a great, useful map of the city to use in our exploration.

I made an error in calculating how many nights I needed to stay with the venue. Regrettably, they were unable to rent us an additional night. We were forced to leave and rent a hotel room elsewhere. As it was the last minute and this is a fine venue, I wasn't totally surprised they were not able to accommodate me.

I recently stayed at Hotel 3K Porto Aeroporto, and overall, it exceeded my expectations for an airport hotel. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located just a short 15-minute walk from Porto Airport. Super convenient if you’ve got a late arrival or early morning flight. The rooms are surprisingly stylish and comfortable—mine had a big, cozy bed, a strong shower with great water pressure, and solid soundproofing, which is a huge plus so close to the airport. Everything felt fresh and new. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they even held onto my bags after checkout, which was a nice touch.

Really good location. Clean Room. Comfortable bed. Friendly Staff. Honestly it was a very pleasant surprise when I checked in and saw my room.

The only minor issue is that the hotel has no restaurant so if you come later or in the day make sure to eat before. They recommend a so called restaurant at the reception that is 5 minutes away but unless you speak Portuguese it is not a very pleasant place to try and eat in. I ended up walking out as I was ignored for an awkwardly long time. Had to walk to airport to get some snacks to eat. But again this does not take away from the amazing room, hotel and staff. Its just a heads up. I will just eat before my next stay.

Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Convenient location to airport.

We chose this hotel due to proximity to airport as we had a very early flight but it was still a 15 min walk so with the suitcases we ended up paying 15 euros for a taxi. We would have liked to have a shuttle to the airport as other hotels in the same area have (in a similar price range). To be fair, we knew in advance they didn't have a shuttle but considering what we paid for the taxi next time we'll book in another hotel nearer the airport or with a shuttle.

The staff were welcoming and assisted greatly with a issue I had. Staff members were really helpful and all resolved. Room was great all clean and ready no issues. Thank you

I know on the map distance is 5 min travel but this doesn't state that it's by car. Walking distance with luggage was a bit more then expected but nothing to hectic. Walking with a young family might be a bit far single couples with little to low luggage is managble. Price of the taxi was a bit high as well for the distance needed.

I apparently forgot to click the box for breakfast, witch I though it I had done. This caused a bit of problem for one of my guest who I told we had breakfast included, and had paid for a stale croissant and a small glass of OJ $10+. I also felt a bit of blame because I should let them know ASAP. I was very disappointed, because they should've bring the case to me, as the person responsible for the booking. I would've paid without having to deal with it from the person charged. They should've been more understanding, and forgiven to first timers.

A small fridge in the bedroom, plus coffee maker and microwave. This are small appliances that we had in bedrooms in all stays I been before.

Close to airport. Rooms clean and can sit outside in reception area. Train station is approx 300 metres away and can go into Porto. Would stay again. Did not have breakfast. Taxi from airport has a minimum of 15 euros and takes about 5 minutes. Took Uber on day 2 to Surpice car rental which was about 3 euros.

The paid underground car park is very narrow and tight for an SUV. Managed to get in and out with car rental Peugeot 2008 but gets your heart racing! Reception said there was some free parking but further away. No parking outside hotel.

For an airport hotel, this really exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean, and even had a little balcony. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was an easy 20 min walk from arrivals. Good shower and nice toiletries provided. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again, I was really impressed.

The walls were a little thin but it wasn't really a problem. The area isn't too pretty but you're staying by the airport.

I would put a kettle in the room with some coffee e and tea and biscuits. Not a big problem I was able to get a cup of coffee late at night at reception. When confirming a booking I would advise how to get cheaply from the aerport to the Hotel. . A taxi charged me 22 euros for a short trip and said this was a standard fare for anyone getting a taxi outside the aerport.The taxi driver never told me the price before I took the ride.I thought it would be based on a meter reading This was not Not the hotels fault but I would recommend cheaper ways of getting to the hotel

This hotel is worth its money. It has a good location to the airport, very clean inside with modern design as for the price. The staff was hospitable and helpful. It was great that the noise from the airport was almost absent (room better noise cancellation then bathroom that is awesome). The room is small but we'll be equipped, with different lightning.

Take into consideration that in the wall between the room and the bathroom there is the window with the opaque glass right in the shower. That was weird :)
