Unexpected stay after flight canceled and had to stay overnight. Staff went above and beyond. Shuttle driver called twice and waited and guided me to the shuttle. Good room. Kind staff. Food at restaurant was ok..would have liked a bigger menu with more choices but waiter was funny and nice. The next morning I had to make a run to the airport unexpectedly earlier than I had planned (a new flight opened up) and they held the shuttle so I could get there on time. Really kind staff.

I felt my mattress was just ok…prob needs replacing. otherwise room was clean and neat and nice.

The room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was amazing and I got a great night’s sleep. Tons of pillows to cuddle up with. Great view of the airport. The shower was great and loved the shower gel and lotions. The room felt very homey and welcoming and very comfortable and clean. I was able to change the temperature to my liking without any issues. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again.

I LOVED the service I received at the Bar! I ordered dinner & dessert off the menu and everything was mouthwatering! I would highly recommend to anyone! The bartender and servers were very attentive and fun!

The views ... but not much you can do about that. There was a mild odor when turning down(12th floor) the hall off of the elevators. Kinda smelled like spoiled milk ... maybe it was the carpeting.

I initially I asked for a late check out and I was declined. I overheard another guest saying they had a late check out and were approved. I called the front desk and explained that and my findings, they approved my late check out. I’m from the area, but I now live in another state. I was meeting my family one last time before heading out. It was later in the day 3:30. Check out was 12. So I had nowhere else to go because everyone was at church. So that’s why I needed a later check out.

The service was exceptional, the staff was so pleasant and helpful when asked questions. I would definitely stay here again when traveling back to Dallas. Oh! wait I can't forget the food it was so delicious, and they gave so much, when they say they do it big in Texas they definitely do that.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. My family and I loved everything

Everything was perfect! Courtney, the front desk agent, made sure my anniversary night was perfect! The upgrade to suite was a pleasant addition. The facility was clean and beautiful. My room was amazing even with the airport views. And OMG, the shower was everything! I will definitely be back!

the staff was incredible. from the front desk to the bar staff to the waitresses.....they went over and above serving us and making accommodations. will definitely stay here again when visiting

Hotel was very comfortable and has a great bar and restaurant. Loved not having to leave the building.

No coffee in the lobby, as breakfast was not included and expensive to purchase. $25 for a buffet breakfast just seems way to high.

I picked this hotel for an overnight layover near DFW. Essential was the airport shuttle, and food and drink. The hotel was clean and the room spacious and well appointed. Got a good room rate on Booking.com.

I was seated in the restaurant for dinner, brought a menu and water. I asked for a cocktail menu from the adjacent bar. Then no one returned for more than 5 minutes, possibly 10. I moved to the bar where I was promptly served by the bartender, including ordering food. Seems the restaurant is not really staffed— if not, just operate either bar service. Would’ve been nice to have airport shuttle service more than once an hour.
