I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Manuella at reception truly went above and beyond, treating me as though I were a guest in her own home. A particularly thoughtful gesture was when she shared her personal breakfast—a delicious Lebanese za’atar sandwich—with me. Her kindness made my stay even more memorable.

the central heater in the room was quite hot, and since it can’t be adjusted individually, it would be great if the temperature could be regulated to make it more comfortable. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel!

The shower gel and amenities in the room do not meet the standards expected for a hotel of this caliber. The location is perfect, though the breakfast could benefit from more variety and improvement.

My recent visit to Al Habtoor Grand Hotel surpassed all my expectations, mainly thanks to the outstanding support staff who turned a business trip into an unforgettable experience. Right from my arrival, the front desk team stood out for their warmth and efficiency. The check-in process was smooth—Manuella greeted me by name and had all my information ready, making me feel welcomed immediately after a long journey. Throughout my stay, housekeeping maintained exceptionally high standards.

My experience at the Habtoor Friend Beirut Hilton Hotel is the most beautiful pleasure. It was the distinctive ruins, the location and the room service are very good, and the restaurant is delicious.

As for the reception team, it is a special case of cooperation, taste and a smile that relaxes the same guest, especially the mention of Ali, Jad, Manuela and the rest of the team. I did not memorize their name and I like to meet them many times.

One of the best hotel experience u may find in lebanon... all is simply perfect.. good rooms good crew. Good services. Excellent prices .... Manuella is full of life and makes u feel like home... guaroneh also is very good. Ali and all the door crew are very welcoming and pleasant... highly recomemded .. good restaurants and facilities. Excellent view from upper floors.... u all iraqi .. change ur head to Habtoor city ...

The rooms are incredibly spacious & luxurious, and offer breathtaking views. The staff are genuinely professional, warm and welcoming especially Manuella, always making you feel at home. And the breakfast — it’s an experience you simply can’t miss at the Habtoor Hotel. This wasn’t my first stay, and it certainly won’t be my last.

overall it's a great experience... spacious rooms, nice balcony, nice view and I can't talk enough about the cleanliness... I have already recommended it to some of my friends and I will keep doing that...

AC system needs some adjustments and the one really bad thing to me was the blackout, where the room is not dark enough once the sun is out...
