Looked at many hotels before we had booked with Damian and Mark and as soon as we seen the pictures we could tell right away there was a lot of love and care in this hotel. It exceeded all our expectations at the price provided per night, you couldn’t meet a nicer couple and the breakfast was absolute delicious every morning. They couldn’t have done any more for us and I highly recommend anyone to book here if they are having a tough time choosing somewhere as you will not regret your stay here. The place is spotless, which is a huge bonus and they clearly have a good eye for decoration, and even have reasonable prices if you’re looking for a wee drink at the bar. 10/10 and will 100% be booking here again as they really made our week with some good laughs.

Nothing I didn’t like about this place, it’s absolutely gorgeous.

Damian and Mark were the perfect hosts and a joy to meet. The guest house is absolutely spotless and is beautifully decorated. They gave us great advice on where to go for a fun night out on New Year's Eve, and we wouldn't hesitate to return again very soon

The only down side was no available parking space outside the guest house, but this is out of Damian and Mark's control due to it being a public road. So at the advice of our hosts, we parked round the corner in the church grounds for a small fee for 24hrs and that was fine

The hosts were very friendly. It was nice to have a chat with both hosts. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good and organised. There were juices, toast, cereals all available before a hot breakfast was served. It was a great start to the day! Value for money. We stayed for 2 nights and will stay again next time we are in Blackpool. The hotel has a bar with good choice and a nice area to sit. Location was good. There is a tram stop at the end of the street but we decided to walk down the prom towards the centre which is also not far.

There was nothing that we did not like. Thank you to Damian and Mark for helping make our stay enjoyable.

An absolute B&B gem in Blackpool run by two amazing hosts Mark & Damian. We had room number 6 on the top floor and it was so comfy, clean and everything we needed. The bar area downstairs is very homely and Damian doesn’t allow you to lift a finger when it comes to breakfast!! Breakfast was plentiful and cooked wonderfully, hot drinks/juices, cereals and toast to choose from. Mark & Damian are fantastic hosts and it’s clear to see from the cards on the wall that people don’t return to see Blackpool, they return to see these two lovely guys. They went over and above when I couldn’t find my purse with the £50 cash I’d brought to put in a wedding card, and quickly gave me £50 cash with no questions asked trusting me to return it, which I did that same night. The only wish I have is that this B&B was in some of the areas we like to visit more, the lakes - north east coast, if it was we’d be there every other month!!

Nothing not to like.

Location was great, 15 minutes walk to the tower. The host was super friendly and the kids loved him! Very helpful and constantly checking if we needed anything. Facilities were very clean, bed was really comfy! Also really loved the fact that the kids had their own room so we could have our light and tv on when they were asleep knowing we weren’t disturbing them.

The shower wasn’t amazing as there was little pressure so it’s difficult to wash hair in there but we coped ok. The bedroom and bathroom were pretty small (with a very small sink) which is something to be mindful of if showering/washing children for example, but not a massive issue and would be fine for a couple. All fine for a few days!

Damien was front of house and lovely, really friendly helpful guy offered lots of suggestions to us on where else we could visit. Food was brilliant and the bar area was beautiful, our room although on the smaller side was immaculate! Perfect for a couples weekend away! Thank you very much to Damien and Mark! Will definitely be back again!

Not the hotels fault, however parking was slim pickings but a carpark close by was perfect. Granted we did visit on a weekend through half term though.

Damian provided us with an outstanding customer service. He has a good local knowledge and willingly helped us to get round Blackpool as it was our first time. He advised us on car park options. Breakfast was excellent and room was extremely tidy with all the essential facilities. He was friendly and we felt really looked after and safe. Would higly Chadberry House Hotel. Should be your number one choice if you ever want to stay in Blackpool. It's a HELL of a gem.

This hotel is beautiful,very chic, having simple but beautiful decor with little added touches. The rooms are very comfortable, exceptional clean with lovely soft bedding. Our ensuit within the room was delightful, very modern & on trend more than adequate. Our room catered for everything we should need and more. The breakfast was well presented, plentiful with good quality produce and an array of choice.. However what’s makes this hotel very special is the host Damion & Mark such lovely people, they gave us such a delightful, lovely warm welcome & couldnt do enough for us, such amazing, helpful people from start to finish, so if your looking for a hotel that is on trend, clean, has everything to offer guest with a good breakfast and wonderful, friendly host, Don’t look any further as trust me you will not be disappointed with the Chadberry, it’s a wonderful stay!! X

Chadberry House Hotel certainly deserves its ratings and so much more. Damian and Mark are the perfect hoteliers. The room was spotless, hotel smelt amazing, provided with fresh milk and the breakfast was impeccable. Already booked for our next get away. “Best hotel ever- want to stay here each time I come to Blackpool. If I could, I’d rate more than 5 stars. You arrive as guests and leave as friends” Thomas aged 7.

Nothing- first time that I can’t fault somewhere!!

When arriving at Chadberry House we felt that it looked inviting from the outside. The hall was clean and fresh looking. We were greeted by Damien who was welcoming on our arrival. Our room was just the right size for a couple, clean, fresh, beautiful made bed, everything we needed was made available. The mattress itself was the comfiest we have ever slept on. During our visit both Mark and Damien gave lots of ideas and information about local places to go to for eating or entertainment. Both Damien and Mark were entertaining and fun to chat with when we had an evening drink before heading out. We were greeted every morning at breakfast with questions about our previous day, plans for next. Breakfast itself was lovely, good presentation and just enough to see through till evening. Mark and Damien were happy to accommodate if we changed our breakfast the night before from having a full cooked to just beans and egg on toast. The guest house itself was in good proximity to attractions. The tram was literally 2mins down the road. Would highly recommend Chadberry house. Next time we visit blackpool jn the future we will book at the Chadberry.
