We had an amazing weekend and from the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Bernie and Andy are outstanding hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and Bernie’s tips on the attractions were so helpful. Our family room was spotless and the wee added welcome baskets was a lovely touch. The room decor was beautiful and has a cozy homely feel and we all had a great sleep. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the girls loved the pancakes and Nutella and was the highlight of their day. The hotel is in a great location with a tram stop at the end of the road so it’s easy to get about. The hotel really is a wee gem and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks so much for the great hospitality we will definitely be back soon.

Had the most loveliest time at this hotel, it was the first time we had stayed at Rockdene and met Andy and Bernie. What a lovely couple they are, went out of their way to make sure we comfortable and gave us the warmest of welcomes - beautiful room which they had gone to extra effort to decorate with banners a card and chocolate for my birthday! Room perfectly clean, bed one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in and breakfast was lovely, Not a bad word to say about this place and we are definately returning in the summer :) x

Amazing from booking to saying our emotional goodbyes .We have been going to blackpool as a family for around 10yrs staying at many b&bs we arrived sunday and left today and i genuinely can say we have found our forever blackpool hotel! Bernie & Andy couldn't have made us feel any more welcomed, the guests that were already there you can see why they return year in year out. The full place was spotless and had everything you could imagine. Great bar & snack selection, bar food on offer, room hairdryer & toiletries. topping it off with the best shower i've had in blackpool all these years!!

absolutely nothing to complain about

Andy and Bernie are exceptional hosts and couldn't do enough for you. They took time to sit and engage with all of their guests and were an absolute delight, it actually made me reluctant to go out on an evening because it was just such a nice place to be.

Everything. The rooms were very nice and clean( like rest of hotel). Breakfast and snacks were good. We were made to feel very welcome Bernie and Andy couldn’t do enough for us. Even went as far as to decorate a wee bit of the dining area as a surprise for my granddaughters 8th birthday when she came down for breakfast. Ps Bernie is a good tour guide for Blackpool with a lot of good advice.

This was my second visit to rockdene and it definitely won't be my last. Bernie and Andy are two of the nicest people ive ever met,from the minute we arrived they made us feel so welcome .I had booked a family room and it was spotless The hotel is situated central to pleasure beach and the tower. Breakfast was delicious. All in all there is nothing bad I can say about Rockdene. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Bernie and Andy are just natural hosts. See you again soon

There is nothing I didn't like

Andy and Bernie are a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome and even giving my wife a nice birthday card and a gift whilst we were there. Very comfortable bedroom and a lovely breakfast. Great to have a few drinks in the bar too.

Nothing to dislike.

Homely friendly hotel. The standard of the hotel rooms were excellent and very clean. Brilliant for family breaks or couples. Andy and Bernie were so friendly, accommodating and helped keep the kids entertained. Breakfast was fresh and cooked to your liking, with various options available and nothing was too much for them. The hotel itself is very central and walking distance of all the local attractions and shopping.

Loved our stay at rockdene . We were made to feel so welcome from Andy and Bernie.Our family room had everything we needed and was spotless. Breakfast was lovely. My granddaughter didn't want to come home. Will definitely be back in the near future. Andy and Bernie keep doing what your doing . I wish more hotel owners were like you both .💚
