It is the second time I have stayed here, a perfect location when visiting my son in Irvine. The breakfast is basic but really nice and a perfect to start the day. There are shops, restaurants, bars in walking distance, not that anyone walks in SoCal. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are ideal for chilling out. I didn't expect to be laying out in the sun in December. The gym did the job as well. Great parking, right outside the room. Great size room and really comfortable. Location is great for visiting some great spots. So easy to drive to Newport Beach, Huntington and Laguna Beach. I am sure I will be back soon.

Nothing to complain about. Great value for money. No complaints.

This hotel/motel whatever you wanna call it was in a very nice area. Lots of green surrounding it and only a 20-30 minute drive from the ocean. There’s also lots of food places nearby. For the most part, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

The ONLY little complaint I have about this place was the fact that I spotted small traces of mold in the shower, but I brought my own cleaning supplies and it was very easy to clean up. Oh and also I have to warn anyone that this place is right by a fire station so you will occasionally hear very loud sirens, which I didn’t mind at all but I’m sure someone might.

Optimal location near freeway ramps. Older clean hotel, nicely renovated. Courteous staff. Room with refrigerator and coffee machine. Good breakfast buffett. Good value.

It’s located within walking distance to two good restaurants, BJs Brewhouse and Kings Fish House Decent breakfast, nothing hot, except breads, but fair selection

It’s next to a fire station, seemed every 15 minutes there were loud sirens all night long The front desk staff are very robotic and lacking hospitality No ‘Welcome’ just ‘credit card and i.d. And check out, no ‘how was your stay’ just ‘do you need a receipt’ It doesn’t cost anything to smile and say thank you to your guests! Especially as we had stayed at this property previously

Th best part to me was the outside garden area..very quaint with the trellis balconies! It was very clean and organized .It was close to freeways and offered free breakfast and price was great.Thank you!

The room and bathroom smelled funky..nothing in the bathroom smelled like that so not sure of the source. The room had a weird smell also and had to spray perfume. I missed the breakfast because I didn't realize it ended at 10 am.I saw it on the card after it was too late so maybe a heads-up which I might have gotten but was heading to a wedding so maybe missed that part..overall I enjoyed my stay and wished I could stay longer!

Room was a good size and comfortable, there was proper control of air con and could even open the window. The pool, jacuzzi, and laundry facilities were used and all good. Staff were available, helpful, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable to us, (we neither wanted nor expected full English or bacon and egg)

We are not fans of the coffee machine in the room oreferring a kettle and proper cups but as we only had the one brew a day in the room we coped.

The WIFI was good, the bathroom and the room spacious and the beds really nice and comfortable. The room was clean and was cleaned every day when putting the sign for cleaning request outside of the door. We could park our car in front of the room for free. Airconditioning was good, but loud. The area was good with many restaurants around. Laguna Hills is a nice town.

The breakfast is really insulting and no variety. No fried eggs you can have nor fresh bread nor cheese. The room was not sound proof at all. We heard the neighbours and the outside noise when there was one.

Driving up the first thing we saw were all the Christmas lights. Helpfull and service minded guy at the reception. Room was a good size, lovely door, comfy beds, small balcony, small simple breakfast. Good value for money. Good vibes in this hotel.

Not a fan of carpets in hotel rooms. Saturdaynight illegal racing and spinning teams out in front of the hotel causing 2 hours of loud noises and trembling windows. Understand this is beyond control of owner.

We love the modern clean remodeled rooms with the garden view. It hotel has a nice charm compared to a big hotel. The hotel is great location being close to Laguna Beach. We always enjoy lounging pool area .

We have been coming to your hotel for years now . We are very grateful that breakfast is included in hotel stay. I think there used to be more of variety of hot items. There are no hot items in the breakfast . Breakfast seems to be missing or incomplete without hot items such as scrambled eggs or waffles . My suggestion would be to provide a waffle maker so guests can make their own . Also maybe provide non dairy milk because some folks are lactose intolerant or on a dairy free diet.

Our clean, spacious room was very quiet, even though we had neighbors all around us. We were able to keep the windows open through the night. Luckily, the fire trucks on the nearby street did not disturb. The courtyard garden is beautiful and well cared for. The location is very convenient to the freeway without being too close. We appreciated the sustainable cups in the room and the compostable plates at the complimentary breakfast, which had substantial options. The rates were very reasonable.

The water pressure in the shower was very strong and not adjustable. One of the beds was extra (maybe too) firm, and we like firm beds.
