The property has access to the beach

The breakfast was ok but could have been better. I’ve had better at other Hampton Inn properties

I like the fact that we received everything we were told we would receive and the staff were very nice and knowledgeable.

After paying over $200 a night there was two things. I was very disappointed in. The water pressure was very low in the faucet into forever for hot water to get there. Also, for the price we paid for the suite there was no reason at all to have a dozen or more boogers wiped all over the wall closest to and around the toilet. I know people can be pigs, but I also know if the suite was being cleaned like it was supposed to have been cleaned, I would not have noticed this nasty mess and it also led me to think other things might not be as clean as I think they should be even though I couldn’t see it. All I know is it was not as clean as it should be.

Near the beach, restaurants and tourist attractions.

Our room was exactly as pictured on the website. Beautiful view looking toward the beach. The check in was easy, the clerk was spot on when I asked how to get to the beach. He stated "straight out the door and when you hit the water, turn around", that was hilarious. Hotel was clean, walking distance to many restaurants, and within 100 yards. Easy drive into St. Augustine.

Beds were less comfortable from other location stays.

Great location . Ample easy parking . Loved the beach view from our room. Easy beach access . Only drawback was no beach chairs available on site . Queen suite was comfy . Staff was responsive and friendly when we had questions . Bathroom was fine - would have loved a bathroom fan to ventilate but otherwise really okay. Would absolutely stay here again . Short easy drive to Old St.Augustine.

Vanessa!!! She put Minnesota NICE to shame!!! Absolutely lovely and we would come every year just to say hello to her warm personality!!! The breakfast young lady took a ton of pride in her area - it was so well stocked and cleaned tables- checking on us!! The facility was clean, smelled nice, and was quiet!!!

It’s going to need updates to doors - the one to our bathroom hook was falling off…

That the no direct access to beach was sent on an email after I book hotel. It should be on web

The staff is extremely friendly!! The lady at the front desk Saturday morning and the man Friday night when we checked in were awesome!!

The second night we had to switched rooms because I had to book separately we were undecided about staying both nights. The second night I was in room 210. I will not stay in that room again,. I heard Clanking all night long. Turns out we were above the laundry room. This woke me up every hour during the night.

The staff was phenomenal! Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Absolutely the best customer service! The breakfast was DELICIOUS! Not just muffins and cereal! We had omelets and turkey sausage along with lots of other options! The breakfast potatoes we're my favorite!

They were doing construction on the beach and it made the beach access a little further walk not a big deal for us though..

Every thing was very good, but the mattress. It was firm which we like, but it many have been a little to firm.

Breakfast didn’t open until 7:00am we had to leave on the second day by 6:30. Then only other thing that I would change would be the sileverware. The plastic was very flimsy, I think you could get a little firmer for very little cost. The knife was hard to cut or spread cold butter because of this. Others then that things were good.
