We loved the modernized rooms ! It was very very clean(I am an executive housekeeper so I am very critical when it comes to rooms ) , the hotel was quiet & the beds were great! The stove was good , showers were hot ! , the front desk girls were super super nice & accommodating! It’s a family owned business and the mom was just as great and nice as her staff! :) coffee was great ! Cable was fast , lots of channels ! ( another perk was the little kitchenette having utensils, plates , bowls !!

The beds moved so easily , the ALL WHITE BEDDING (SUCKS Because you are charged for it if it is stained at the end of your stay) THE WIFI IS THE WORST PART !! It does not connect to some electronics .. it goes out after 10 minutes ! It’s very very slow . Please get a better service . The pool was out of order which sucks but I understand it happens ! We entered our room and after 5 minutes of settling in , guest downstairs was banging on our floor . Quiet hours start at 11pm (it was 9pm)

The rooms are recently updated and very clean. They are still working on remodeling areas of the hotel - but the room I had (on two different says) was very comfortable and clean. Staff is wonderful. They do have some rules (which I don't mind), i.e., quiet time, laundry and vending machines get locked after 8:30, etc.

It's a bit noisy as there is a heavily traveled road in front of the hotel. Also, there is only street parking and not very much of it. The only other drawback is no fault of the hotel, but there is a park nearby with several homeless folks wondering around.

Kudos to the management who has made incredible improvements to this hotel experience while remaining sensitive to the budget needs of weary travelers. My first impression was made when I checked in with the night staff. She was smart, welcoming and knowlegeable. The hot drinks in the lobby presented a nice selection. When I checked out the following day, the day staff was just as nice. These grounds and facilities are slowly being improved and the pool looks like it has great potential for fun once they get that going. Thank you Myrna and Ellizabeth for competently representing your business and helping weary travelers on their way.

This hotel is under constructions and new management I believe. Stayed here twice now and both times I have received an updated, very clean and modern room. There is food within walking distance. The staff is very friendly.

There were some sketchy people hanging around the area one night. Also, the hotel sits on a main avenue through town so it can be a bit noisy at times. Also, there is no elevator (two story building) and no functioning pool as some sites claim.

My husband and I loved the room. It was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and we loved the location.

We didn't like the fact that there were guests staying next door with a child that continued to scream and run around until about 12:30pm. Also, a man was sitting in the benches outside and talking loud on the phone. We couldn't sleep as well as we wanted. I realized there was a security number that we could have called the next morning.

It was a nice stay, except for the dogs running around and crapping on the paths and the lawn, and weren’t cleaned up afterwards by the owners.

The bathroom and showers have a slider, no screens and the flies come in, then the bathroom windows have no privacy glass and you can be seen in your glory if someone wanted to peek in. Not to mention that they could break in through the bathroom window.

We liked the cleanliness, simplicity and quietness of the room. We were visiting family and only needed a place to sleep so the price was perfect. Will stay again when needed.

The bathroom could really use a shelf or something to put our toiletries on. And a throw rug or two on each side of the bed would make the room cozier.

No breakfast, they have been "remodeling" for over a year. no peace with the construction crew working on the rooms next door. They have coffee available, but don't open up till after 8am.

The bathroom window was not a privacy window, had no screens to keep the insects out and the tub floor was slippery when wet and soapy..... someone will own this motel.

Location in Richland very convenient. Although the motel is on a main road, our room was furthest from this, so it was quiet. We had a newly renovated room which was excellently appointed.

Car parking is on side streets which abutt the motel boundary. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Limited reception hours and potted coffee was not available at reception until 8:15am.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The remodeling was nice to watch...not unnecessarily noisy, but easily understood. Room was very comfortable, easy to relax as well as work.

Remodeling was not a dislike, but it's understandable and fine that things are a bit cluttered. The end result will be very nice.
