Kids loved the aqua park, heated pools and the animation team were great especially the Valentines foam pool party. Special shout out to Hamed who helped return my mobile phone back to London when we left it behind in the room. He tried to call before we reached the airport but as we didn't have network he arranged for another hotel guest to bring it back to London. This is really fantastic customer service.

We like the aqua park ,my kids enjoy it too much,,,all the activity team are friendly especially with kids!!and this is an extra point. Family room were good fitting 2 adult with 2 kids easily ,picine room was easily acces to pool which was also nice especially when you have kids. Entertiment show at night was enjoyable!!also kids disco from 8:30 to 9 was great!!i hope they increase more and more activity for kids. About food it was with huge variety someone can find easly find something to love whatever he like ,,,also bard with snacks near pool was good if restaurant time didnt fit you…ice cream bar was great for kids they enjoy it a lot.

It is just a hope to increase kids activity at the morning,,and on the pool side. Also i hope they make a place for kids to stay if couple whant to go to have some time for them out the resort 1-2 hr(kids can stay with some one even if extra charge)

We loved everything. The welcome from the night manager Mr. Hamdy and his team set the bar high. All of the employees went all the way, so we really just want to say thanks! The facilities and the slides were top notch for the kids. The beach and snorkling was top for the adults. The guy in the ice cream bar was always a huge smile. Looking forward to coming back!

The location is not far from the Old market, about 1.5km. A very good snorkeling point El fanar beach is about 1.7km. The Mango market is about 1 km. About the hotel, we stayed for 5 nights, 4 people(2 kids and 2 adults). Slept well, there is a small noise from the late party, but it is not disturbing. Near our room was a heated pool. The food is delicious and high quality, for example grilled meat, pizza from the oven, and a messaka(vegetarian eggplant dish), traditional sweets etc. Lots of variety every day! Aqua park for adults has 4 pipes, for smaller children there are lots of them. Also it is possible and allowed to use sister hotel(Neverland-Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort) aqua park. Pipes are even more there but a bit lower, but fun at the same level. Available bus to the hotel beach. Cleaning service great. Every evenings shows for kids. Thanks!

Everything meets my expectations. From the airport to the hotel. Staaf were extremely friendly. They go above and beyond to to please us. Just ask what you want most of the time and they do it. Shout out to wonderful Ibrahim Zakaria Our room cleaner handler, kept our room clean at all times I tipped really good because I want to. The pools are great, however I prefer the kids pools at the Albatros aqua blue/Vista in Hurghada. I tried 3 albatros hotels so far, including Neverland in Hurghada. You can't go wrong with Albatros hotels. I want to try Titanic aqua park next time though but it seems fully booked on Booking.com. One thing I really want it in the room is kids cartoon channel on TV.

We had an amazing time at Pickalbatros Aqua Park. The kids were entertained the entire time, loads of pools and attractions. We stayed in room 8230 and our cleaner Islam was so helpful and our room was immaculate every day. he would make fun animals out of the towels and pillows which amazed the kids everytime. All the staff were so happy and helpful, we did not feel neglected in the slightest, everyone going above and beyond. The snack bar could be better and the crepe/ice cream bar could have some attention with selection and quality. But all in all...... very happy and would defo come again.

Perfect holiday from every point of view, of the welcome with the reception guys. The fantastic Anna ( Anya ) and the fantastic Manager, you were essential to our holiday, thank you very much. The villa was beautiful and I recommend it to all families looking for tranquility and privacy even within a resort like the aqua park. We would also like to dedicate a special mention to the housekeeping guys, they were impeccable in cleaning making us find the villa always in perfect condition and always respecting our schedules❤️ Then we would like to thank all the kitchen staff who spoiled and pampered us all the time. The guys in the restaurant led by the fantastic Mr. SHADY, who pampered us and made us feel at home. The lifeguard of our private swimming pool, always attentive and ready for any eventuality. All the guys who took us back and forth throughout the holiday with the club cars, thank you very much. Really fantastic food, quality services and with great attention to all the details from all the staff. Sorry if I don't write all the names, but you have all been really very kind and we will always carry you in our hearts. What else can I say? We will miss you all so much and we can't wait to come back again and spend another beautiful holiday at Aqua Park❤️, a big hug from our big Italian family❤️.

We stayed on one of the Villas on site and it was absolutely amazing. The accommodation was great the staff could not have been more helpful, attentive, kind and generous. We had 3 adults and 3 children and all were kept entertained the whole time, whether that was on the Aqua park or by the amazing entertainment team, especially Bella who we made a great bond with. The restaurant staff were always so personable and welcoming sometimes preparing our drinks before we even sat down, "Ali Baba" is a legend and the bar staff / room service team were second to none and no request was too much. For example, if anyone was not feeling up to going to the restaurant they would deliver what we needed no problems, Mustafa would be there (also carrying a bottle of wine which was always welcomed 😉). Overall Amazing! I would go again, if you can stay in one of the villas do it, it is definitely value for money.

For us the beds were a little too hard but other may like that.

Amazing resort which exceeded beyond my expectations. We arrived as a family of 27 and booked 8 rooms. We were all given rooms next door to each other with an exclusive pool. The staff were amazing and attentive to all our needs. They constantly worked hard to please us and were hospitable throughout our entire stay. I would like to give huge recognition to Mr Mustafa Hamdi (Night manager). He made our stay enjoyable and kept checking to make sure we were okay. He made out experience at this resort 10/10. Also would like to recognise all the workers at the resort who were so nice and polite. Specifically our cleaner Mohammed at the family room who works extremely hard and Abbas alarawabi the life guard for entertaining us. The food was great and the hotel tried to provide special dishes everyday. The resort was massive and looks quiet but this is due to the size of the place. The aqua park was amazing and the children had so much fun. We had full access to the other 2 hotel Aqua blu and beach hotel so we could never get bored. Overall amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely be visiting again 👍

If I had to be picky. The gym could use an upgrade. Possibly more equipment and bigger weights.
