the breakfast was outstanding, view from the balcony was lovely. welcome drinks in reception whenever we came back was very welcome.

I wish we were told about Pool and beach towels at check in, paying a positive deposit was not a problem but we would have taken advantage of these earlier on in our stay if we had known.

Great location, sea view advertised was indeed a lovely sea view! Room very clean & comfortable, plenty of choice for breakfast- all tastes catered for Felt staff could have been a little friendlier & we could have done with a little more information, including pre arrival, eg that the pool is heated & so is comfortable for a dip even out of the main summer season It’s not a fancy hotel but it’s good value for money & when it’s warmer it’s 5 minutes ( 3 of those to cross the road )to the main beach! Would recommend

Staff went above and beyond their duties and could not have been more helpful. A credit to the hotel, especially staff cleaning and at breakfast, Well done girls. Loved the breakfast which was sumptious and varied. Loved eating in the restaurant, very good value for money

Nothing, in respect of the hotel or resort. Not happy with the taxi the hotel arranged to take us back to the airport. Hotel quoted 80 euros for the taxi to the airport and when set off the taxi the driver said the journey would be 90 euros, we told him to take it up with the hotel and refused to pay more than 80 euros and subsequently the journey was a little strained. I think the driver was trying it on, Platjador need to check this out for future guests!!!!!!

The hotel is directly across from the each and the balcony rooms are a blessing and a curse. Amazing views and scenery during the day; however kn weekends the straight young crowd leave the bars around the corner to wake the dead from 3am to 5am. Breakfast, snacks, their rooftop bar are fabulous. Nice staff. I would stay at property again.

An explosive loud fighting couple came back to the hotel at 10pm our first night and they would not be respectful and quiet down. They woke us up. The front desk guy came upstairs to talk with them but nothing stopped the fighting. We ended up chamfing rooms; I find it frustrating that the perpetrator of the bad behavior was rewarded while the respectful guests were penalized. The hotel employee said that as long as they paid, they had a right to stay and not be removed. I disagree.

I booked this for my mum as we were staying in 2 villas nearby, a big family reunion for Christmas and mum wanted a bit of space. Mum was made to feel so welcome by the staff on reception. The bed was huge and comfortable, the breakfast served 8-12 was varied and plentiful and the shower in her bathroom was a lovely big walk in shower. As there was a lift it was great. I thought the communal areas a little dated but that's cosmetic, the facilities and staff are what count and my mum was visibly rested after her 6 night stay. Thank you staff at Platjador.

We loved the location and the spectacular view from the roof terrace. Our standard room was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The staff were very helpful especially Enric on Reception and a petite girl who served breakfast. We appreciated the complimentary glass of cava.

On our first morning at breakfast, the waitresses were not very helpful explaining the vegan options. We were disappointed that so little is provided for vegans compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Sitges.

Wow! This hotel was amazing. It's located right on the shore, an easy 10 minute walk from the station. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, and you get a free glass of cava in the roof top bar, and a bottle of wine if you have a meal in the restaurant (which I didn't do). The room was large and extremely comfortable. There are rooms with balconies overlooking the beach or the pool. My room just had a window without a balcony, but was still excellent. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen in a hotel. It was incredibly varied, with just about everything you could want. The only downside is it starts at 8am, which meant I couldn't take it on my check out day. However, the reception offered the option of a packed breakfast (which I didn't do), but they let me grab a few pastries before I left just before opening. There was also some free pastries and tea from 5-7pm in the rooftop bar, which had excellent views over the beach. The room was excellent value (I went in December, so I'm not sure how much more expensive it would be in season). Overall, this was an amazing hotel, and I'd definitely go back.

There really isn't anything not to like. Breakfast starts a little late at 8am, and is available until noon. This probably suits the partying summer season, but it was a little late for me. However, this is a minor issue, and it was amazing.

My wife, our 6 month old baby and I stayed 4 nights here and it was beautiful. The hotel provided a large, clean crib, the view from the balcony was breathtaking, staff was very attentive and kind, and everything we needed was in short walking distance. Our baby boy especially loved hearing the waves every time we opened the balcony doors. It was truly relaxing. When you shut the balcony, it’s very quiet inside, and the bed was super comfortable. All our appliances worked perfectly, the shower was hot with good water pressure, and the restaurant staff were excellent too. One night we tried to sit down together to enjoy our complementary bottle of wine with dinner, but our baby was too upset and I had to take him up to the room for a nap. The server felt sorry for my partner dining alone and gave her some chocolate ice cream and corked the bottle to-go. Small acts of kindness like this do not go unnoticed. We enjoyed Hotel Platjador, and we loved Sitges!

Not much to complain about. The rooms are small especially with our crib added, but that is how all European boutique hotels are, and it was very comfortable. Everything we needed and the important thing was it was always clean and well-supplied.

Wonderful location over the road from the beach. Breakfast from 8am until midday was all you could hope for plus more (including unlimited Cava). Special mention to Oscar the barman who was very friendly, welcoming and made lovely drinks, delivering them to your table. You can rent clean beach towels daily for a small deposit.

The hotel is very tired and could do with an update. Housekeeping in our rooms left a bit to be desired; constant sandy floor, bedside tables not dusted and empty water bottles not disposed of, plus milk was not replenished. The cupboard had no hanging space for ladies with dresses, why have a safe there and not the other side? Some staff a bit surly, particularly Oscars female cover, not friendly at all! Saying all this we would stay there again.

Platjador is a gem of a hotel! It is located right along the beach, and the rooftop bar has gorgeous views of the waves, palm trees, and church in Sitges. It is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of champagne from the rooftop terrace and the relaxing sound of the waves! I liked working leisurely from the leather sofas! The complimentary tea time at 5 each evening, welcome champagne, and lemonade in the lobby were just some of the small touches I like about the hotel. The breakfast buffet and staff are outstanding! There are so many choices ranging from fresh fruit, pastries, cake, crepes, pancakes, Spanish omlette, sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, smoked salmon, breads, rolls, cereals, yogurts, various teas, juices, coffees, and even champagne... there really is something for everyone and everything is so tasty, well-presented, and refilled promptly! The beds have an array of different pillows to make for a good night's sleep and the tea kettle in the room just makes life a little sweeter! Platjador is perfect for a relaxing getaway!

I reserved a single room, but next time I will go back to a double because I prefer having a small balcony and didn't realize the single room didn't have one when I reserved. I also prefer the bigger bathrooms that the double rooms have.
