Location - very close to the main points of interest and a 10-minute walk to the beach. Room - daily cleaning service Breakfast - good Personnel - friendly, they offered us a beach towel that we returned at the end of our stay, they offered information on how to get in a specific place in Barcelona, they told us where we could eat good meals at affordable prices

Breakfast - would have loved a bit of diversity from day to day Room - the bathroom door creaked and would not close unless I used the latch

As a regular here I knew what to expect - excellent location, great value, friendly and professional staff offering high levels of cleanliness in a good mid-range hotel. Delivers all that one would need or expect at a good price

Some aspects are a little tired - however nothing of great note

The location is excellent,near beach , bars ,restaurants and railway station. I liked breakfast was included and the terrace in the restaurant. I also liked and used the rooftop terrace. I also liked there was a coffee machine and microwave in the room. Staff were excellent.

My room was ok for me ( courtyard facing room). But not to everyone's choice. The bath/ shower was a bit small. Ideally the rooms would be updated but then that could affect cost.

The room had everything I needed. Spent a lot of time outside so it did the job really well. Good shower, good WIFI, comfy bed, plenty of storage and complimentary coffee, water and juice. Location was perfect and close to absolutely everything. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice for everyone. The lady that works there is a plus. We had a chat every day and she's cool and funny.

Nothing I can think of. Perhaps a little bit of noise in the mornings as the room was facing other buildings at the back but nothing major or that would anyone off booking it.

For me, the location is perfect - close to the beach and shops, restaurantes and fast food places. a few minutes from the train station and bus stops. The owners and staff are the most welcoming, helpful pleasant people. 24 hour reception also makes things a lot easier for a late check in of early check out. I left me room key at the reception each time I popped out so I didn't have to worry about losing it. My return flight was fairly late but the hotel looked after my things and also provide a shower room and towels so there was still plenty of time to look around and spend time on the beach before leaving. I would highly recommend this place - I have stayed in the past hence my return and will stay again.

I would have preferred a larger selection on the breakfast but it was great as a continental start to the day goes. I'm sure in the past there had been some hot food like bacon or eggs on a hotplate, but there's still enough to enjoy.

Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Great location. Good breakfast. 24 hour manned reception monitoring who was coming in. If we returned to Sitges we would stay there again.

Dripping cysten was a bit noisy at night. However as we kept forgetting to report it, we cannot complain about it. The bath was too small to have a bath and no shower curtain to use easily as a shower. Probably the norm in Sitges though. I'm sure if we paid for more than a 2 star we would get a bigger bath.

Very nice and helpful staff who gave us great advice regarding beaches etc. We were also allowed to borrow sun umbrellas and beach chairs. The hotel is located in a central spot of Sitges but the street is quiet. Breakfast is good quality for the price. We would come back.

The matresses were uncomfortable but after we mentioned this at the reception they were replaced with very cozy ones. You probably wouldn't want to stay here with kids because you can hear other guests return late at night sometimes.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It had a good central location, about 5 or 6 minutes walk from the train station, I liked the friendliness of the staff, the hotel’s cleanliness and the included breakfast. My room was 208, which is next to the lift so very easy to access from reception.

There’s nothing I can think of that I didn’t like. Possibly the bathroom was on the small side but that’s all.

Nice Selection Breakfast Its Noisy At 8.30 When Preparing Breakfast But That Was Great Cos I Could Get Up For Breakfast With Out Alarm, Unless Your Partner is On A Diet Or Hung Over and Dosnt Want To Get Up Then They Will Complain About The Noise, But I Thought That Was Fine

My Partner Frequently Got Lost Around The Hotel and The Hotel Couldn't Provide Her With Sufficient Amount of Toilet Paper

Great location, short walk to both the beach , which was great and the railway station- also there is a bus stop close to the hotel, which took us to Barcelona Airport - the reception staff were excellent and very helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was good - cereals , pastries, fruit and juices and a coffee machine
