Hotel has a very good location next to highway to Koper and also close to Postojnska jama (20 km). Also breakfast was really good with broad choice of everything including scrambled eggs.:-) The family hotel room was really large with 2 separate rooms and a large bathroom. In Vrhnika is a nice pitoresque church on the hill and excellent slasticarna.:-) Next to the school there is an excellent pizzeria where we had our dinner.:-)

We got a family room for 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 14). The double bed was OK however the extra double bed for children was not so comfortable. Nevertheless it was just a small disadvantage as we stayed in the hotel just one night. We were surprised that the hotel restaurant (pizzeria) was closed on Sunday evening.

We have stayed here on several occasions on our way to visit family in Belgrade. The hotel, although a little dated, is comfortable and clean. Although it says it does not accept pets, we have always had our dog with us and she has been made welcome in all areas. The bar/restaurant is very good. Parking is free and a good breakfast is included in the price. Close to the motorway if you are in transit.

Great hotel close to motorway for connections to & from Ljubljana. Rooms are comfortable, the lift, parking & lovely restaurant on site all add to the experience. Having breakfast included was an unexpected bonus

The room was cold and we did not manage to turn on the central air conditioning. The toilet cleaning brush was unbelievably dirty. There is no one at the reception, you have to ring the bell on the counter and hope someone hears you.

The hotel is in a very nice town (a bit after Ljubljana, heading towards Italy) and is quite convenient for travellers because it's near the highway. There is a restaurant in the hotel that offers delicious food at good prices and is open till later in the evening. The breakfast is fresh, tasty and diverse. Parking is not a problem as there is a big space right in front of the hotel where you can park your car for free. We would stay here again.

Excellent service for cyclists. Storage of bikes. Route recommendation. Very helpful. Restaurant had excellent quality meals for reasonable prices. All in all a great stay at family friendly budget hotel.

Good location and amazing staff. I recommend this Hotel. The city is small but Hofer, Lidl, Spar and Mercator were near the Hotel. The Hotel Restaurant was very good. Big portions, great taste and very nice waiters! Good price-value ratio.

Very nice staff, good location. Perfect stop for travelling through the country. Very nice restaurant in the evening and also very nice breakfast.

I liked the quietness in the hotel and darkness (from the curtains) as I wanted to rest. Also the option of 2 separate beds, far away from each other, so one can take a nap while the other person watches the TV for example. I didnt try breakfast. The parking lot was just in front of the hotel. Fast check-in.

There was some trash in the room.

The room furniture was old, main and spare bed not very comfortable, bud not bad for one night.

Our go-to choice when travelling through Slovenia; stayed here frequently. Very close to the autoroute, easy to find, plenty of free parking, dog friendly, great staff, really enjoyable and always busy bar and restaurant with good local wine and food which is just what you need after a long drive. The town itself is very clean and pleasant with lots of other bars and restaurants/takeaways.
