I didn’t like the fact that I had a long stay, but no room service at all. I will also make life easier if you provide a broom and a dish washing liquid.

The facilities, the ability to move freely and the security of the area.

Sunlight dishwasher was not offered to wash dishes. I was informed that I had to get this myself yet I was offered crockery. This should be offered for guests in double deluxe studios.

I booked campus key with a few friends , i was pleased that our rooms were next to each other i also enjoyed the entertainment area it is quite entertaining lol .i like that there is a cafeteria in the facilities no need to lave the apartment .

Myself and my boyfriend were laying around 3am about to fall asleep while watching movies and someone had access to our room ..literally came in the room said sorry and went back out, it didnt make sense to me and I'd like an explanation please .

My room was cosy and very clean and parking was provided for me in the basement. Friendly staff as well.

The property uses facial recognition as an access measure and my profile was disabled before my check out time. This almost led to me missing a flight. The emergency number does not help as there is little reception inside the property. They just keep yelling they can't hear on the other hand. Property management responds to messages timeously before your stay but stops responding when you're there and after your depature. I have been asking for some documents since Thursday and till now there has been no response.

The room was only clean once, the day before I left. There seems to be a confusion with regards to the payment and I was made to pay double for the booking an extra R3685.50

The location was good. It was near major foodstore chains like kfc and chicken licken. There was a convenience store nearby that one could easily get any essentials they needed. The premise was also very secure, serene and peaceful. I definitely recommend this place for people who are travelling to Capetown for business or a short stay visit

The only issue I had was beggars outside the premise who were becoming a nuisance. Everytime you step out there is always someone begging you for something. There were also frequent power blackouts from 10pm-midnight. But all in all its an exceptional place to stay.

I liked everything omw I ddnt expect the place to look so cozy an the vibes was nice the colours of the inside of the place nice soft colours it made u feel at home there's just so much do to there an the money we paid to slp there was really little compared to the things u can actually do inside the gym u can use the chill areas pools tables an lots more wow i was really amazed at how little we paid to have such a good good stay we def coming back soon...even the bedding was clean we ddnt even expect all those things to b inside the room the kettle big fridge with freezer an 2 plate oven pots an pans an cups an glasses an app those things it was really really good service we even watched you tube an Netflix an there's so much more channels an things to do with the free wifi they give u Lol..all the staff was very very nice

Everything was nice no complaints

The place is right at the center of everything from transportation to food wise... I love the security checks and inside the set up.. The Gym giving out the vigirn active experience and not forgetting the cleanliness in general.. The only thing I always get a little upset about the place is No soap in the shower.. For my second time I had to buy myself soap but that's not a big problem to worry about, bottom line is that I always enjoy the hospitality and the stuff is hospitable, I give you guys 10/10

We had a wonderful problem checking in using the word Wonderful because on the way the guy handled the issue, booked online only to get there to find out that there was no room available for us... We waited for a long period to get a room but it was handled with love and care so we really didn't feel anything bad at all, every now and then the guy was always updating us with calmness and in a proper manner making it easy for us to absorb the stress with ease .. The host was way too good Only the issue of no soap in the shower but that's not a problem.. Am loving this place.. Can't wait for my third visit soon.
