Centrally located, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and clean rooms.

Rooms need modern touch to improve look and feel. Carpet needs replacement. Even if this will increase hotel rates, that would be a good trade off. There is no designated drop off zone for Uber/Taxis. Uber/Taxis had to block other cars to drop off or pick up, which was not convenient.

The location is convinient for shopping, transport and walking around

Linen is not changed regularly unless it is stained by something Old towels provided Insufficient food for the guests due to inability to control their Saber company guests who eat and pack food before other guests eat

The rooms are small. The must be a bigger bar fridge in the room and microwave. I asked that they put my ice for my medication to freezer but failed to do that and my medication was runed.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Cape Town and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was impressively clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring that my room was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, which I appreciated. While the selection was decent, I found the pastries a bit too sweet for my taste. However, the fresh fruits were delightful and a perfect complement to the meal. Security was also a highlight during my visit. There were always security personnel present outside, which gave me a sense of safety while exploring the area. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Cape Town was enjoyable, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay in the city.

One downside was that I was unable to secure a late check-out due to the hotel being fully booked. However, the staff was understanding and accommodating. The lobby was very comfortable, providing a nice space to relax. I particularly enjoyed having free coffee and tea available, which was a nice touch while I waited for my flight.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service was quite efficient Valet parking only but your car is available on request Buffet breakfast!! Yum

It's located at Central Business District, everything closeby. Serves great breakfast, tasty and variety. Nice, clean rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of eateries and shopping complexes within walking distance.

Rooms are a bit small and double bed is only 4 feet wide. No wardrobe or space to keep luggage in the room. No room service.

Small lobby, didn’t explain that you could relax on the upper floor where breakfast is served.

The location is very good, close to Long Street, the staff were really nice and professional, response time was excellent and great breakfast with various options.

I stayed in room 504, the TV in the room was not working (only audio no picture), shaver socket in bathroom not working, shower cubicle was not draining and the door was broken. Rooms need to be checked regularly so problems can be fixed before guests find them.
