The only problem. Only problem was the bed that I laid in pillow smelt like vomit. Threw it off of the bed and under the pillow was a lumpy feel like it was vomit particles. Obviously the bed had not been changed🤮 but other than that the stay was wonderful

The hotel has an incredible view. The breakfast is very varied. Super well located.

Very small room and you can hear the guests from the rooms next door. The breakfast staff are very impolite.

Rooms small & dark. Double bed right against the wall which made getting.in & out difficult for myself .

Everything apart from the receptionist

I didn't like the fact that the receptionist that attended to me wanted to rip me. I was surprised when he told me that booking a room for the night was R2200+ per night when i asked, same hotel I stayed at a week ago and I paid less than 900R for? I even told him that before coming I checked the price on Booking.com that it was less than R1,100 a night. I ended up using booking.com and paid (>1200) for the room. That staff is very dishonest.

Rooms are too small with no microwave

The aesthetics of the hotel blew our minds. The Breakfast was hot and tasty. Reception staff and security personnel was friendly and attentive.The views from the hotel was incredible and comfort in general was good. Felt very safe. The app for the hotel was very informative and helped with food- hitech. Enjoyed the facilities- Pool and Gym.

Breakfast options were very limited . More hot items required - veg options . The breakfast staff were not friendly and quite rude when requesting the refills on certain items offered. Waffles were always finished. The assistant helping with Hot Chocolate from the kitchen (machine ran out-self-service option) was quite rude when requesting 4 cups(family of 4) , sounded as if it was burden.We gave them a benefit of the doubt, hoping that the long weekend might of just made them tired.

Great place in the center of capetown. View on the upper floors is great.

Design and dark colors of the room in reality is a bit more dark than the pictures let guess. For a short stay it was OK.

The location is good, central, food is decent. The best part is the buffet breakfast, which is exceptional

The staff need a bit of work, when I arrived there were 2 people at the front. One seated and seemingly doing nothing but on the pc, turns out he is the night manager. The other lady was more helpful. On checkout the lady was rude. The decor is very blingy, fake bling. It is not to everyone's liking. Hotel sky styles itself as a hotel but there is no room service, I think that should be clearly stated. Even the coffee station is in the corridor. The rooms can also be tiny, so be aware of this

Well located to go to the Conference Center. Fun decor. Convenient restaurant and good breakfast.

not a great neighbourhood at night. The bathroom in our room was like a stall that was open at the top, above the door, so it had very little privacy from the bedroom. I was sick to my stomach but, despite different attempts to order plain food, asking to have it unseasoned (eg roasted potatoes or plain rice or roasted chicken, or fish), and despite assurances that I was being given unseasoned food. This made my illness worse.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Charlton. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel is glamorous and dramatic. The rooms are thoroughly serviced daily The coffee machine on every floor is a useful and thoughtful touch. The view is TO DIE FOR!!! There are panoramic views of the entire city. We had a superb view of Table Mountain from our Room. Incredible!(Room 1825). The hotel is safe. I would have no hesitation in recommending it for value and service. We hope to be be back! The lifts were slow at times and there were queues at busy times but to be fair, it's a large establishment serving many people..
