The lady we met at the reception when we arrived was very friendly and easy to approach and even when asked questions she was able to assist to her best ability and that made things easier for us, so for that I give her a thumbs up👍👍👍

Out of everything there were 2 things I didn't like, #1our cups had cracks, #2 The service at the restaurant were we got our breakfast for the weekend was not to our expectations.

The location is perfect in the financial district. The staff is super friendly and helpful all the time. The size of the room was very good and cleanliness could not be better. You need a short walk around the building to get to the gym and swimming pool but overall I liked the accommodation a lot. I stayed one week for work.

You cannot open the windows which is a bit claustrophobic for me and unhealthy to use ventilation for air change. Also I could have done with some light in the kitchen cupboards. I had to use my mobile's torch in the evening.

Location close to most places i wanted to visit

The room was serviced only after I requested after it became apparent that for the second night without the room being cleaned. The second issue is that your partners Cafeteria for breakfast, their service is tediously slow and it seem they don’t have a solution nor the understanding of frustrating it is to be on holiday and wait for more than an hour before you get your meal. Lastly i booked for 3 nights therefore was suppose to get breakfast 3 X breakfast vouchers but received 2 X vouchers for two days only. Reason the 1st Jan the Shift restaurant is closed. Why did you charge for 3 nights breakfast and yet you knew the Shift cafe will be closed

The proximity to CTICC It was clean and very spacious. Check in was easy and staff was friendly.

When someone else cooks in their apartment the smell fills everywhere , my apartment smelled like I was cooking even though I didn’t. I didn’t like that.

Location is perfect in CBD, especially for business trips. Although I didn't feel much, they say the area is safe to walk around. Because it stays just in the door of Standard Bank, I felt that the security in the building is strong. Also there is lots of Banks around. Good room and comfortable bed. Breathtaking view of the mountain and city. Amazing! Located just in the long street. I would stay again if not with family. And will never walk around on my own.

They should have a bar or restaurant in the hotel. Suggestion: where they have de swimming pool and gym. The fact that they don't clean the rooms everyday.

Great place but having to pay for parking separately at the premises is an inconvinience

There is not enough secure parking spots available for customers.

The location is very central, the place is well managed and the rooms are comfortable, clean and functional. The view from our room was amazing. The response time for requests was commendable.

The check out time was not acceptable at all. They informed us very late that the check out time was 10am. I know it to be 12 noon in most establishments. When we requested for more time ( we were prepared to pay for late check out) we were told it was not an option. This was very inconvenient for us as our flight out of Cape Town was for late afternoon.

The EXCELLENT service started with my first request when booking the apartments. The front desk coordinators, Anees and Akhona, werr most helpful, and their service delivery impeccable. They acommodated our every whim, and dealt with everything beyond expectations. All other staff were helpful and friendly. On our travels it's always heart-warming when you are greeted with such friendliness and professionalism. Definitely a place we'll come back to. The location is ideal, as you don't need transport, cause the buzz ofong street is at your doorstep.

I was looking for something to "not like", but couldn't find any at the time, well done to management and staff

The room was clean with a great view and Siyasanda gave exceptional service.

The check-in process was a bit tedious, changes needs to be implemented very soon.The lady that helped my friend with moving in days later was out of control. She is so stubborn and was not willing to listen, she even went as far as telling me to call Siya and talk to him about my issue. She needs to keep up with her company policies and get facts first before making conclusions about situations. Eventually she assisted after a waste of 7 minutes on the telephone cause she never asked for my details and booking information first from the beginning.
