The hotel was in good location in the Cape town. We had requested for and early check in and a late check out, for our two days stay and they were considerate to allow both. The staff at the counter especially Ms Carmen and Mr Wilbur were particularly helpful. The breakfast was good. We really appreciate the upgrade gave by the hotel as the wifi in the earlier room was not working.

The hotel is slightly dated and needs refurbishment. We booked for looking at the website there is the view of table mountain, however it is now obstructed by new buildings.

Great location, comfortable spacious rooms and it was very quiet at night considering the central location. The rooftop terrace has an excellent view of Table Mountain and good cocktails. The hotel has a locked luggage storage room with an attendant, this was very convenient for checking out early and exploring the town. The area outside feels safe as there are attendants around the outside of the hotel all the time (even around 9-10 pm). During the day, there are plenty of public safety officers on patrol so as a woman walking on my own, the area feels quite safe.

Very nice room and super friendly staff. Room was super clean, quiet with no noise from other guests. I thought it is nice to have a bar/ restaurant downstairs and a roof top bar upstairs.

The roof top bar is not well maintained and the bar was actually cluttered with empty bottles and collected plates. Staff was friendly but I tried on two days and would not want to hang out there for more than a drink. The last day I had breakfast with fish and eggs. This was my only meal that day and when I arrived home from my flight back to East London I fell seriously ill with a food poison which took me three days to recover. So my learning is, whenever I book again: the rooms are great but I will skip the breakfast

The hotel was nice, and even though they were undergoing construction, it was extremely quiet. The property was nicely updated and modern-looking. The room was comfortable (not too spacious but perfect for our stay) and the staff was very accommodating of an early breakfast request and also a couple of one-off needs.

The location was great for the activities we had planned, but it did feel unsafe to walk there in the earning mornings/evenings as it's right in the middle of the city center. Just something to be mindful of when booking.

Simple but beautiful rooms with good views and no road noise given its location. The staff are very friendly and dedicated to ensuring a great stay for you. The breakfast array was good too, just didn't know i had to pay extra for it.

The air conditioning kept going on and off, they brought in a fan which i never used. There was some renovation going on during my stay, however they told me well in advance during booking and the noise only starts around 9 or 10am when they presume guests have left to go sightseeing the beautiful Cape.

Perfect, safe location for exploring Cape Town, comfortable bed, good continental breakfast, courteous staff always willing to help you have a good stay. Nice rooftop bar with views of Table Mountain and good food. As a solo female traveller I felt safe and well taken care of.

The room and bathroom needed a few things fixed when I checked in. The staff did not offer to help with my luggage on check-in. The splashpool at the rooftop bar is not very clean. The service at the rooftop bar was very slow.

Good value for money, with nice rooftop restaurant and bar. Lovely breakfast, spacious room.

The communication with staff was testing. As a customer I tried to make reception aware of an earlier checkout, but no one seemed interested. Likewise re taxi arrival, or booking of a table in the restaurant. Nothing was of interest to the reception staff… then on one occasion we arrived at Haralds Bar to find that we didn’t have a terrace table as it needed to be reserved, whilst reception said not!

My stay at Park Inn Raddison was exceptionally good. I enjoyed the meals, the reception and the views of the facility. The location is centrally placed and made it easier for me to access lots of places for shopping, clubbing and excursions. Much Thanks to the following staff members who made my stay more enjoyable, Marzel with the warm welcome as I went for breakfast every morning, Ashraf who directed me and assisted with the booking of the tours, Safari my brother who was always checking up on me and ensuring that all went well for me, gave me all the pointers to exploring Capetown and just checking on my safety, Zandile at the Harolds bar and Terrace where I could get my glass of cocktail and Andile too, the guy who says he talks too much. :-), The talks and chats made my evening as I strolled back. All the staff I have mentioned by name and all those I did not mention their names too they all made my stay at Capetown exceptional. Thank you.

My only downside was that I arrived much earlier, at 1 pm, while their check-in time starts at 3 pm, and thus I had to wait a little bit as the room was not ready.

Great location with acess to everything. I have stayed here every year since 2016 when attending an annual conference at the convention centre. At this point it’s home especially since I have gotten upgrades to the superior suites since 2021. I remember staying there when I had a Mountain View but now someone’s constructing a new building across the street that blocks this. Also got late checkouts the last two times I stayed here. It’s the little things.

Nothing. I keep coming back. If it’s not broken…

Modern, well located hotel near Cape Town's Waterfront, but still in or on the edge of downtown. We had a superior double with mountain view on 9th floor. Modern, clean room with a great view over Heerengracht and the Table Mountain. Great and friendly staff that made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Reception, car park, restaurant, breakfast buffet - everybody was just super friendly and fab. (And a small addition - Athankosi in the ground floor bar/restaurant is a gem. Not naming the others feels a bit bad now, but unfortunately, I don't recall all their names. Mea culpa.) Very nice breakfast buffet with good choices to make 6 days not repetitive. There is a car park in the hotel which you find after going round the block. It has two floors and has quite steep ramps going up and down. We had a small Suzuki Swift rental car, so that wasn't a problem (and parking nr. 21, which was quite narrow). I assume that it might be one with a too low and long car or a big SUV). Great hotel, perfect location, everything top. Would come visit again anytime!
