Just loved the privacy and the rooms are very clean.

The guy behind the desk is not friendly and gets very defensive when asked something, just happy that you don't have to deal with him after you have booked in

I liked the free Wi-Fi and the bed is nice and big. The room is really good value for your money.

The only problem I had was that the door doesn’t lock when you are inside meaning that any one can come into your room if you are inside. This is what happened to me, I thought my door was locked but someone came in after midnight and it scared me so much because I was alone. That incident made me really uncomfortable because it happened on the first night. I did lock it with the lock on the door but if someone opens the door from the outside then it automatically opens, no matter if it’s locked or not.

- The place is literally in the middle of Sea point which is one of the best and safest areas of Cape town, the hotel location is also near many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. - The room is actually small but very decent, bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy + TV has Netflix and Amazon prime. - The staff were very welcoming and helpful

- They didn't mention that some rooms doesn't have any source of ventilation (even windows) however when i mentioned that i need a source they upgraded my room against a small fee. - No ACs in the Room and ACs are really needed specially in the hot summer days of Cape town.

The room price, the room itself aswell as the location with varieties of places to visit.

Requested a 1 hour earlier check in @13:00 via email where I received a reply back that I might get help apon arrival. However when I got there I was told I need to come back in two hours time due to the room not being ready and need to check in @15:00...The lady that welcomed us in the beginning should have been nicer.

Location, Value, Wi fi worked. Coffee offered in the mornings. Bed was comfortable and Linen was clean and crisp! Interior Room was quiet. Slept well.

No curtain on on suite shower/toilet.New TV on wall didn’t work as all remotes are mixed up. Was given 2/3 remotes to try and none worked! They need to sort this out!!! They must provide a shower mat as this can be dangerous to slip and fall on tiles!

Rooms and facilities are clean. Bedding changed daily. staff are helpful.

The outside seating area they can invest in more chairs. Would have been better if there was an inside chill area with a TV perhaps as the Dorm don't have a TV.

The location is a short walk from the beach and there are many many fine eating spots all within walking distance. Tw room was everythung I needed for my short stay and it was very quiet where my room was located. Rood 108.

Off street parking -- but I knew there was none available when I booked. There was available street parking .

The place is very clean and the change your towels daily, even the staff is very friendly and nice. It is also located in a good spot where you can easily find shops and restaurants, walking distance to the beach. I would book this place again.🤗

There is nothing I did not like about this place.

Spacious room. Clean linen. Comfortable bed. Variety of things to watch on TV. Big mirror and desk. Fan. Friendly and helpful staff. Great Wi-Fi

Could hear a lot of noise from reception side even after midnight. Room has no windows and are very hot even with the fan provided. No soap holder in shower

It was centrally located. It is basic but has all that you need. It is quiet in the rooms. It is very good value for money

I mean it's very basic with old bathrooms, but I got what I paid for and that was all I needed. The beds are very comfy. And high speed internet.
