Location & excellent staff

No bar fridge in room and one plug in very inaccessible place!

Great breakfast, loved the family loft room, allows all of us to be together, had partial sea view and Mountain View which we loved. Comfy beds

Aircon very noisy, is the R50 tray fee for room service necessary?

The bathroom. It is very cramped and when taking a shower there is water everywhere. From the floor and toiletseat to the walls. There is no extractor fan and the moist sits on the painted walls.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel between February 15-18, 2024. After reading some negative comments I was a bit scared, but never noticed anything mentioned in them 😊 We had 2 rooms in the East wing. We didn’t have much problems with loadshedding, as luckily it was mostly at times we were not in the rooms. The rooms looked quite modern (maybe they are after renovation?), bathrooms - clean and modern. Quite a lot of plugs! The rooms were very big, Family room - huge and very comfortable to meet our needs! The shuttle bus to Waterfront was very handy!!! The hotel has a special space/room to enjoy sunsets! I found it to be a great idea 😊 The staff was very friendly and always helpful! Thanks for everything!

I’ve read a lot of very good comments about breakfast, but I was expecting something better (maybe I’m spoilt 😀). Rooms at East wing don’t have views, but at the end it wasn’t much of a problem as we almost didn’t have time to enjoy them out of the window.

Beautiful location with Sea and Mountain View.Spacious Loft with kitchenette.Very comfortable stay other than concerns raised.Very professional and friendly staff.Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Missing fridge from kitchenette,delivered promptly on reporting.Picture was not clear on TV,issue resolved promptly by maintenance.Hotel extension crosses through the car park,bit unsightly.Slow flow to bathroom sink,maintenance visited but issue persisted.Shower head loose,maintenance resolved. Load Shedding-no backup equipment/lighting within the extension section of the hotel,fortunately we had torches and phone torches. Foyre leading to the Loft rooms on 5th floor are in poor condition/ripped.

The Breakfast was very good, the check in staff were phenomenal i would definitely go again. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend with an additional night. The bar service was very good and speedy which i thoroughly enjoy.

The only thing the hotel can work on or upgrade is the aircon in our unit number 710, has no fins, so we were unable to adjust the aircon or move the direction it was blowing. Also i would recommend looking at Netflix or DStv in the future, as during our stay and travel we discovered many places around there are charging the same as your hotel just have those as extras which your hotel does not have.

Lovely stay at Premier. The staff are all so helpful and polite. Special mention to Cecelia who went above and beyond. The breakfast was lovely and the chef made our eggs everyday the way the we liked. The location of the hotel is perfect with restaurants and beaches all walking distance.

The hotel gave us the wrong room for the first 5 nights which we found disappointing. However the hotel upgraded us to a suite for our last 4 nights which made up for the mistake.

great location near the promenade and main road for all amenities but also quiet enough.

pool was small but adequate for a cool off however on the two occasions we went to use it none of the beds and umbrellas had been put out so we had to go back downstairs, through a conference lunch that was taking place to ask someone to assist with the beds/brollies. I would of thought that this would be automatically set up every morning in readiness for guests. Also towels, had to go back down and ask for towels so I think this area could be improved. Perhaps a phone somewhere too otherwise how do you order drinks etc..? unless it was there and we missed it.

I liked the location and the Mountain View. It was a nice room with a big bathroom, lounge and a small kitchenette. The wi fi is very good.

1. We were given the wrong room on the first day and it was a below standard room. We paid for a deluxe room! The door rattled the whole night and we couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was tiny and the door couldn’t close. The next day we complained and we moved to a deluxe room. This needs to be investigated so it will not happen again to me or other guest as one night was a waste of money. 2. The tv channel choices is very limited and quite disappointing. 3. There was no phone in our second room. 4. It would be nice to have a shower cap in the bathroom. 5. The shuttle is not working according to a schedule but only when the driver is available. We didn’t use this service. Only once.

Loved the view and proximity to anemities. The staff was so professional and welcoming.
