I loved how clean the room was, the staff were very friendly and the hotel is right next to legacy yard which is fantastic!

The TV needs to have streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, Showmax etc. guests can simply log into their accounts if the hotel doesn’t want to purchase the streaming services.

Clean hotel, l will be back to stay longer, but guys please fix your shower water temperature is very low you will think the water is almost finished

The location was great, comfort, cleanliness, staff great, awesome matress, yes i enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast item selection seemed very little. The layout / set up wasnt condusive to flow and at times people were cluttering while trying to dish up and waiting for others to be done. Definately more fresh fruit needed. We could not find the bacon - its far from the other breakfast foods and unless one askes you dont know where it is. Rather odd.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were treated like a part of the family the moment we came in and left. The rooms were clean, and the food was good, especially the breakfast and items prepared from the set menu. The playroom for the children and outside pool were lovely. We especially loved the children's check-in. Guest experience was great! The breakfast chef at the egg stahostesour hostesses at both breakfast and supper were superb!

Small touches like preparing the sofa bed before guests arrive and having enough towels and bedding provided. Buffet needs innovation, and so do your desserts. Lack of variety of mocktails for a family establishment is a disappointment. Beds and sofa beds were hard. The 24-hour store had beetroot juice that went off no matter how many we exchanged. The dining area needs more seating arrangements or a better system.

The facilities, location and ambience were great. Special mention must go to the catering manager Mr. Thoko who was magnanimous and considerate in accommodating me as a vegetarian given that such menus are generally limited. Thank you for your respect and sensitivity and making me a satisfied diner. Also, a lady called Mbali was a pleasure to deal with as she was eloquent and warm in following through to ascertain our satisfaction. Honestly, she is misplaced. Should be in Marketing and allied. A great personality and full of warmth and poise. RAJAN NAIDOO

If you wanted ice in your room, you had to pay for that You had to pay additional for parking which is normally and generally included "free". Should be added to the quoted prices online without mention. Its not the money but the principle on both of the above.

I liked the comfort of the room, the decor and amenities. We had everything we need without the room looking cluttered. The hotel overall is beautiful! The bar was lovely, the gym and pool area are also great although we didn't have enough time to get to use them. Our porter was lovely. I just seem to have forgotten his name, young nguni gentleman. Very friendly and helpful! Chicken livers from the restaurant were amazing! Our AC was not working but the staff member got us an oil heater! Loved the commitment to guest comfort.

The breakfast was cold!!! Restaurant /bar staff are a little out of touch with the kind of service they're supposed to be providing. Way too informal and sloppy. I did not enjoy the service at all. We had paid for the breakfast on arrival but that didn't show when we arrived at breakfast time, instead of liaising with her colleagues the hostess made us go back to the help desk even though we told her we had paid. By the standard of Hilton brand, I did not appreciate the back forth movement we had to do for breakfast we had paid for.

Very clean rooms. Staff were awesome, I had a little issue at check in where a family had cut line which I brought to their attention and the guy who assisted with my check in handled the situation excellently by assisting me first before the rude family who had cut line. I didn't get his name, but he even offered and went up to my room to check if housekeeping was done. We stayed in room 10004 and 10005 for Chetty. Husband and I went down to the bar area on Saturday night and also greeted with a friendly barman, Staff at this hotel are just the best.

I liked the views and ambiance of the place.

Their dinner menu. Next time, I would rather eat out or be prepared to pay extra for some decent meal. Furthermore, there is a bit of a discrepancy between what you pay for on the app and what you actually find on arrival. I booked and paid for a unit with views, only to find that I was expected to pay more out of pocket to "upgrade" into a unit with views. That was a bit of an inconvenience, I ended up not paying after some discussion with the staff, but it did leave me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Breakfast was great, had variety, the price is reasonable, the parking was secure & right next to the lifts, The lifts are very fast you don't wait long for it. The room was very clean & it had everything we needed.

Firstly, The door to the pool was too hard to open we had to call to find out how to open it & we were told to push harder, if atleast the notice can be placed by the door that you must push really hard. Secondly, The coffee from the machine was cold.

The breakfast selection looked very good although we did not eat at the hotel. The room was very clean each day, the towels and toiletries were equally immaculate and the linen was crisp. Entry and exit from the parking into the hotel is very convenient. The wide selection of eating places in the Umhlanga Arch that is adjacent to the hotel is very conveniently located as a social space and offers a sumptuous variety of cuisines!

The kitchen closes relatively early for those who arrive / check-in late and that room service in this regard is not available after 10pm. Whilst there is some provision made in the lobby for light snacks or light meals for patrons who might need to eat something late, the lack of availability of a full meal is not helpful. The hotel should consider offering a courtesy service to and from the airport.
