The location was good. The beddings was clean. The place was clean also. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty.. As it was for one night only, was worth the stay.

Was not too happy as the room didn't have a big mirror...and also not enough plug points especially if u wanted to use the hair dryer. Breakfast should also cater for people who don't eat pork and beef, at least have something in chicken for religious reasons. We could also get the smell of cigarettes from the suite next to use when we opened the door to go for breakfast. Overall was ok

I loved everything about the place, the reception was great, and the staff was professional and amazing. Breakfast was good and unexpected as I was not expecting it, especially with the money I paid and I feel their price are quite reasonable. I will definitely go back again. my room as exceptional. more like a home away from home. The Villa values your money.

I loved everything about that place. I am happy and satisfied. the place looks amazing, the stuff is amazing so in my personal opinion there is nothing wrong with that place. there is no need to change anything.

We liked how friendly the staff were,mama Gina was so welcoming. We didn't wait long for breakfast. The breakfast is to die for ,The property is in a very secure area with security personnel patrolling the area,it is close to the beach,Oceans mall and Gateway mall and fine dining restaurants.

We had a problem with parking because we were driving a double cap,it couldn't fit in to their garage,mam Gina suggested we park under a shade in the property but the gate would sometimes not open I think it had a bit of a problem, and also when there was another car parked we would struggle to open the doors amd get out of the car as the space was too small for two big cars.

We were welcomed by Gina, who was a wonderful hostess and together with her friendly staff run a beautiful, well -maintained establishment. The room was clean and beautifully appointed. It was serviced daily. The breakfast was excellent and all dietary preferences were accommodated. The Villa is ideally situated close to the beach and promenade and close to good restaurants. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone needing some rest and relaxation.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful and very large room. Huge tv and bathroom. Even had a large bath tub. Breakfast was very nice indeed and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach and promenade and also to the bars and shops. Place was very quiet too.

Everything was great. I didnt like the noise of the many water fountains in the outside area and would prefer if they were furned off at night.

Cleanliness of the facility

The room does not have a seaview, although it was indicated on the bookings website.

Wonderful! Arrival, parking and our room were all excellent with Gina giving us a warm and welcome. Our room was so quiet and well-equipped and the amenities above standard. Breakfast was delicious, thanks to Gina, Precious and Maureen. Finding "The Villa" was like a 'serendipity moment' and we will definitely not only highly recommend the establishment, but will return for another stay. Thank you Gina and 'the team'.

Nothing to dislike at all.

Location - nice neighbourhood - safe walking distance (± 500m) to all the shops, restaurants and beach. Ample secure parking for the rental as well. We could easily come and go as needed. Room - Suite 3 (deluxe) is spacious and private, and opens onto a peaceful courtyard and pool. Breakfast - excellent buffet offering more than enough to fill up before heading out for the day. Service - we had exceptional service from Gina and Thulani. Friendly and always eager to please.

Only critique is that the wifi was slow - had to switch to mobile a few times and, although there is DSTV, it didn't work very well.

Great location, safe area, lovely suites. The staff were lovely and we really enjoyed the breakfast! Our room was spacious, with air con and a powerful ceiling fan. We also loved the enormous bath! The property is a short walk from Umhlanga Rocks and all its amenities.

Small maintenance issues (bath handle & towel holder falling off the wall). Nothing bothersome but could be easily fixed.

The staff Duncan and Gina and the lady who Cleaned suite 5. The bed was absolutely wonderful very comfortable, the bathroom is very beautifully designed and decorated love the (walk-in) rain shower love it. Infact the whole place is tastefully decorated love that Tuscan style and finishings. Place is safe and secure in a great secure neighborhood. Love the fact that each room has a fridge, microwave and plates,spons,glasses (most places don't have that).

The breakfast I am used to better let me just say. The prepacked croissants were old and dry and hard. The portions too small for the hot food. (But that's what you get when you don't book in a hotel with a full buffet English breakfast. The parking space is too tight. The sheets had stains on them pink and black . The TV was not playing on the second day. The wifi signal is very weak they need to find another service provider or connection. There is no sea between the big trees, buildings and the fact that you're more than 3 streets away from the ocean you can't see the ocean. So really I could have been in Midrand or Eastgate and not know the difference because you're away from the sea
