The staff in this place are highly professionals. The staff at the reception are unreal. The day you book in they go through everything you need to know about the hotel. If i may mention the staffmember's name at the reception Brandon this guy is unreal. He only saw me once when i booked in believe it or not the next day he said hi mr and mrs da silva. Considering that this guy must see hundreds of people everyday this shows you how important people are to this young men. The first day at breakfast i could not believe what i saw everyone from the receptionists to the manager helping one another clearing the tables to make sure there was enough food available etc. Fantastic team work. Please pass on these comments to the hotel management.

Comfortable rooms..neat and tidy

Very filthy unkempt entrance ways leading from the parking. Dirty wet floors with litter strewn in the hallways. Filthy doors..cudnt even touch them

I would suggest for the breakfast to cater more for the halaal side also was a bit disappointed with the breakfast on check out day was both much for us being halaal so we just had coffee and toast and felt for that amount we paid was disappointing

All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the very first moment we put our foot into the hotel.. really loved that and throughout which made the stay very welcoming.. the cleaning lady we had was exceptional unfortunately we could not reward her on the last day although we looked for her.. we have been to many places but staff gets a 10 out of 10 especially the place was full over new years and I can only imagine how busy they were but all of them could ask anyone for assistance and they went the extra mile.. great staff they will honestly be the reason for us coming back.. well done to all of you can really be proud

Not much facilities.. new year eve nothing was arranged which we hoped could have been done.. especially with having kids on holiday would have been nice..

Super staff. Great attitude with all staff members. Rooms were always well cleaned. Any requests at the reception were dealt with immediately. Well done

Noisy, loud, drunk customers at the pool area at midnight and beyond shouting and laughing loudly that they must have woken upmost of the building on that side. I was there for a week and it happened on numerous nights. Reception perhaps to monitor outside noise activity very late at night. I think the restaurant was closed well before midnight so it's definitely guests st the hotel. Guests need to move indoors into the diningroom area late at night to talk.

I liked its convenient location close to gateway mall & oceans mall was also nearby.

The breakfast area was too full and we had to resort to taking breakfast at times that we did not like due to congestion at the breakfast area from 10am going foward. The other issue is that I booked 2 rooms but i was not given double /interchanging rooms. As i was travelling for holiday with my family and i had young children i would have appreciated double rooms for easier monitoring of the children. It was very inconveniencing to have to leave my room everytime i wanted to check on the children who were in another room that was not connected to my room even though the rooms were next to each other.

Excellent value for money. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, rooms neat and tidy and really enjoyed our stay there.

Its really nice that breakfast was offered however it would be nice if there is halaal catering for muslim clients. Perhaps sealed meals would grant your muslim clients peace of mind as food is a really sensitive issue. While were could consume the muffins and croissants, we did not feel comfortable consuming the hot meals. A decent coffee machine would also do. I was dissatisfied with both coffee options available as none were up to standard.

We were very happy with our stay. There was quite a few things wrong in the room. Ie TV was not working, Kettle did not work - had the wrong base, the light was faulty and the chair that was for the study area was broken. Even though these things were a bit irritating, what made them seem not a big problem was the speed with which they were sorted out. We called housekeeping and it was sorted out immediately. We also did not get water every day. The manager did pop her head in to check on our stay and made a note around all these issues. Apart from the above, we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was nice although not having a choice of eggs we liked was a bit of a let down. The breakfast was very good apart from this and the lady at the breakfast entrance must be commended for the good job she is doing. Always friendly, welcoming and polite. The waiters were all great. We loved it and will be back.

Negatives mentioned above.

There was quite a variety to choose from for breakfast, from cereals, cold meats, fruit salad, pastries and more. Awesome that there is complimentary breakfast, for the price you pay, that was a plus for me. There was no noise from the surroundings as I had anticipated. The location was great and we felt safe travelling around.

The end time for breakfast was rather early, 9.30am for Mondays to Fridays. I would have preferred breakfast to be served until 10.30am or even 10am. If you're on holiday, you really don't want to wake up early so that you catch breakfast time.

The hotel was exceptional. The reception staff and dining staff made our stay very beautiful. They are polite and very attentive to details and making sure guests are happy. The breakfast was delicious every day and enjoyed that we had variety each day.

The cleaning ladies have a bad attitude most of them especially those older ones. The younger ladies displayed some tolerance, including men. The TV was also disappointing the size, and it's old. The remote didn't work. The channels were also disappointing most of your guests watch Mzansi Magic since we are black. Instead of 1 Magic, you should consider 161
