Excellent service from Valenticia and Sli at reception who helped with my booking and check in. The lady who cleaned my room, such a beautiful soul. The overall experience was amazing and It felt like home, great service from all staff. Thank you to awesome three ladies mentioned above which I will snatch once my business is up and running.

Light switches were confusing and all over the show. More milk sachets... 4 of those sachets are enough for one cup of tea or coffee. The sliding door needs fixing. It would be great to have room service. The pool right across restaurant is not good sight

Receptionist Patience Hlatshwayo was very warm and welcoming, she made me feel welcome and at home. The waiter Lungelo made me feel special he remembered me and what I liked throughout my stay, Barman Simphiwe what a gentleman full of jokes and warm at heart knows how to make all guests feel special. Overall the staff was very pleasant to engage with both the securities that worked the weekend we excellent.

I did not like that people had no respect for others, gussets were playing music loud, laughing on the corridors and calling each other from far....I understand they were there as groups however respect is very important

Two of the staff members at reception could do with training in customer care.The rest of the staff were friendly. The cleaning staff should respect privacy and not enter rooms while we are in it,especially if we don't have a sign on the door that requests making up the room.The lemonade was delicious but only available the 1st 2 days of our stay.No welcome hampers as per website and breakfast price could be reduced considering that it isn't a buffet.The beef brisket was amazing! Beach was close by but we were advised by staff on the first night that it isn't safe to walk at anytime of the day.That put a damper on the location as we then ended up driving everywhere.Security responded promptly to noisy neighbours when i complained at 3am.

The Hotel rooms are clean. The Staff is so friendly too. The Restaurant staff have great personalities and the food was good. The parking being underground was a bonus. Having a balcony best thing ever. Also seeing my favourite car dealership (Porsche) near the hotel was a 10/10

The was no bar fridge on my room I think all rooms should have bar fridges. The card system can be a bit irritating to use, especially when you’re using an elevator. It doesn’t read the card sometimes.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

I had 2 room changes because I had separate bookings but their were small insects flying around in both rooms. Their full and continental breakfast costs between R140 and R205 it is not worth it at all its very basic. on Friday we had breakfast at the hotel there were tiny insects flying close to the food. Their fruits, jam and cheeses were not covered.and the insects were sitting on the fruit. Very unhygienic!

Location, cleanliness and sports channels on TV.

The corridor often experienced high noise levels, particularly in the morning. It's not solely the hotel staff's responsibility, as it was caused by guests who were sitting in the corridor, either drinking or working. It would have been helpful if the staff had periodically checked and politely asked them to lower their volume or return to their rooms if they intended to continue making noise.

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Zinhle from housekeeping was absolutely friendly and helpful. The security and admin staff both day and night shifts provided excellent customer service.

The wifi in my room did not work efficiently. The signal drops all the time. I had to keep resetting my phone connection or switch to my data. A mini fridge would be great.

The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Staff members were friendly and tried their best to assist.

I booked three rooms, each with two single beds.i was amazed when the lady assisting us to check-in gave us one double bed each room.she was not really polite and told me that next time when I book Should choose the beds.i tried to explain that I did and showed her my reservation but she continued to say I didn't. That annoyed me so much. However, she finally gave us what we requested.

The hotel was comfortable, we had a smooth check in and the staff was pleasant during our entire stay . It is in a great location, several shops are a walking distance away. If you are not traveling by car you will have to Uber to the beach from the hotel. The hotel does have a restaurant, the food and drinks are reasonably priced.

Check out time is great - 11:00 Rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and decorated beautifully Simphiwe, the bartender, lit up my entire soul with his magnetic personality It’s so quiet in the room, one can barely hear the traffic outside or the other guests The shower was great Buy 1 cocktail, get 1 free for Women’s Month The TV visuals were clear and ordered in a logical way, starting with SABC 1 (it’s the little details…)

Would have been nice to have a room with a balcony I would have liked to have my meal delivered to my room, instead of me having to go downstairs to fetch it. I would have liked milk for my coffee
