The quietness and cleanliness not only inside but outside is everything! And the separate sink in the kitchen everything I've ever wished facilities I stay at would have, it's more hygienic and convenient so that's the most thing I loved out of everything else as I'm a hygiene freak! But this place is great for both work and leisure.

I saw hairs in the bathtub and because i was warned not to walk because there's an abandoned house near the guesthouse and there are people occupying it and its not really safe.

Magnificent garden. Made you want to explore it. Variety of birds called the garden home. Excellent communication. Exquisite decor, extremely tasteful. I have never stayed in such a clean B&B. It sparkled. The linen and towels were white and quality. Bonus was the electrical blankets and wall heater on a cold night. Breakfast was most enjoyable. The stay was sheer luxury. Touches such as sherry and chocolate. The kitchenette was well catered for needs of a traveller and included an egg boiler, toaster, microwave, fridge. Luxury toiletries. JP was a gracious and caring manager. I look forward to staying again.

The property manager Charlene was just absolutely amazing. Even before we got to the accommodation, she was communicating with ensuring all was fine. The room we started in was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The cleanliness of the room and linen made the stay even better. Charlene and the staff were excellent, going as far as accommodating my partner and I’s request for breakfast in our room. And moreover when we wanted to move out of the room to finish off the breakfast, they graciously obliged. The cherry on top of this great service was the check in message from Charlene when we got to Cape Town. Than you Charlene, you’re absolutely amazing. We will definitely visit again when we’re back in George.☺️

Loved everything about the property.

Very good stay. The garden is beautiful to take a walk in and to get into nature. Room was good. Comfortable bed, pillows were very comfortable. Good check in. Could have used the pool however I was there for work purposes so no time. The staff were very good to me, even did washing for me for my work which was much appreciated.

The Neighbour had his outside light on throughout the night that lights up the room. I did have restless nights due to this but if you don't mind a lit-up room then this is perfect for you.

Beautiful room in a lovely garden setting with a small sitting area outside. Spotlessly clean. Near to where we had to go. Pity about the weather as it was cold and wet, luckily the room had a heater and electric blankets so it was very comfortable.

Google shows the property in Arbour Road but access is not from there. The access driveway is into a main road which meant that I had to wait for traffic to let me across the road or detour to get to the opposite side of the road. Ants in the kitchen meant I had to throw out a packet of biscuits as they invaded overnight.

Cannot complain at all

Charlene and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic gardens, great breakfast. Would definitely recommend it.

Traffic noise, but out of their control.

The guesthouse is close to town and is set in a beautiful garden. My check-in experience was seamless and everyone was so kind. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. My room had a few small lights that stayed on during loadshedding which was definitely an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Our minds were blown by the actual place. The place was so good, clean and neat with a bunch of friendly staff members. Easy to find, and really close to all the places one can think of. Many thanks for the hospitality and the approach that left us speechless.

Charlene was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a shame that the weather wasn't warmer as I'd have liked a dip in the pool. The garden was beautiful. The location was great, close to many good restaurants and shops.
