Comfy bed. Tv had options. Bathroom was great. Good wifi and everything stayed on during loadshedding. Friendly staff.

Kitchen was lackluster in utensils and the stove stopped working on the final day. Kept tripping things

Girl in reception was very nice, kind, friendly. Room was clean. Location was safe. 5 minute drive from Sandton City. Had everything I needed, fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, etc.

No lift, but only 2 floors, so it wasn't too bad. Furniture and finishings a bit old, but still comfortable. Lighting in room was very dim.

I was there to watch cricket and it was a walking distance to the stadium. Staff was very helpful and they even tried their best to accommodate my diet

Remotes for TV were not working. Staff member tried to assist to only managed to help with 50% I had to figure out the other 50%. They need to make sure everything works before one checks in

Nice spacious apartment. Comfy bed. Kettle and basic kitchen equipment . Staff at front desk, secure automatic gate to enter grounds. All windows had bars, could open windows and leave open safely. We felt secure in the property. Any questions and help we asked of reception staff, they helped us, above and beyond. Quick walk to local shopping and restaurant area. Plenty of supermarkets locally, Rosebank & Sandton Malls not too far away.

The electricity issues, power cuts but this is all over S Africa so not the fault of the property.

Staff was really friendly, especially the lady at reception I forgot her name, she was kind and attentive. We had a minor plumbing issue in our room which was promptly fixed in record time. This is a really well run establishment.

An amazing 2 bed apartment with a perfect space allocation. The staff??? OUT OF THIS WORLD. We decided to extend our stay because everyone was so accommodating and friendly. On two occasions, the front desk lady left her food to attend to my inquiries (with full attention to detail). We were allowed time and room to do what we asked for, found everything we had mistakenly forgotten and also offered keys to check the apartment we’d checked out from to be entirely comfortable to look for what we had misplaced. One word, AMAZING!

The sideboards are adjustable (which is great), except they’re not stable. One fell to the floor in the middle of the night and gave all of us a fright (not something you wanna deal with when you have a hectic day schedule and an infant)

Chose this "hotel" for its location, had stayed here before and liked it. Clean, with friendly helpful staff.

Temps were hot, rooms had fans, but A/C would have been wonderful.

The location is good and also the privacy House keeping was excellent.

There were some guest in the opposite room who where smoking in the room so we were inconvenienced with my family!

Unfortunately we didn't get to dine at the premises ,sorry next time myb.

The kitchen bin didn't have gabbage or refuse bags inside ,it's untidy,kindly provide refuse bags please .

Very conveniently situated and surprisingly quiet. The kitchenette has everything needed in the unit to cook meals. There is a generator so we never felt load shedding at all. Really good value for money and an excellent alternative to an hotel stay.
