The guesthouse offers perfect accommodation for a solo traveller (or a couple). It has a nice style, has all necessary basic amenities, and is located in a very quiet and safe part of the city (but still close to the city center and university). My room/part of the house was slightly separated, so that I did not even cross paths with other guests. The hosts were very responsive and overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Really no complaints.

Brooks Cottage is quite and very well run. Just a few rooms in a garden of trees with a large pool. The owners are always on hand and very helpful. The rooms are large and well equipped with everything you need, even a mini-kitchen for a longer stay. Brooklyn is a tree-lined suburban suburb, and central for schools and work.

The breakfast was delicious, but we could not always do it justice. We had to skip one day. :-)

Perfect Location - amazing stay. Staff was amazing and they made sure to scan the room for us just before we left - to ensure that we did not forget anything. Room was perfect very clean. Perfect and safe parking inside the property.

Nothing to complain about. The stay was perfect (all was good) and the owner made sure that we the DSTV and online TV streaming services - He created an account for the room and was ready for us to use.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was well appointed for our little 2 night stay. Its so close to Tucks too so was perfect as we were dropping off our daughter. My favorite was the welcome Sherry and no loadshedding as all the rooms are equipped with solar and invertors. It' was great to be able to dip in the pool and chat with our super hosts. Thank you for your hospitality guys!

The owners are a lovely couple, they welcomed us and made us feel comfortable... the room was clean. There was power outage when we arrived, they kept in contact to let us know when it was fixed... we slept peacefully there was no noise.

Norma and Chris are great hosts. They are very keen on personal contact with the guests, and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast is yummy and includes no sugar muesli and low GI bread. We had a great 2 days stay and will definitely come back.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness with the place and very well maintained. Very friendly staff and was very impressed with the breakfast. Will recommend this to people that wants to stay in Pretoria.

Everything was perfect.

Excellent breakfast both in terms of food and service. Accommodation comfortable with all amenities available as advertised. Hosts were extremely helpful and supportive throughout our stay and when we had a transport issue they helped us resolve it very quickly.
