The location is very central, quiet and convenient to just relax. We did not take breakfast, but for the rest it is stylish and spacious.

Everything was as good as it could be. Just a small suggestion: Maybe add 2 plates with cutlery if one wants to eat at the room, instead of going out. I travel alot, and then just buy something to warm up and eat in the room.

It provided everything that I needed; location, tranquility, delicious meals, secure parking.

No hot water for shaving in the morning, although there was lovely hot water in the evening for my shower. But I could boil up water to shave so it didn't worry me; I'm used to that in Zimbabwe!

Excellent service. We arrived very early for check in and one room was available and we where allowed to use it. We where allowed to have breakfast too which was a bonus as we where tired and hungry. Staff very welcoming and helpful with information. Even on checking out had to attend to business I was allowed to leave my bags at reception instead of caring them around. They have excellent service.

II really cannot fault anything. Excellent service. The only think I can recommend is to update photos on website as they do not do justice. Maybe more brighter pictures as the place looks nicer in person.

I arrived a day earlier than I had booked fore, but they still accommodated me. The house is very clean and stylish. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was tasty and the highlight of my day! Even though it wasn't the room I originally booked, it was still very comfortable and private.

Due to my early arrival, I could not get the room I booked. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the room had an unpleasant smell. But everything worked out well.

The room was large and comfortable. Air-conditioning was excellent and flat screen TV. Parking was safe and secure. Very quiet nabourhood. The room have a bath and walk-in shower. The host was very helpfull and friendly.

The stairs were a back draw for old people. The room was only equipped with a small refrigerator and no zink or cutlery. I want to book again for November 2022, but already fully booked for my dates.

I did not make use of the breakfast. The location for the purpose of my business was perfect. The spaciousness of the accommodation was great. The fact that you have a "study" with the kitchenette made it easy for me to work on my computer.

There is a lack in attention to detail. The shower is leaking so the shower matt is drenched with water after a shower where the matt is supposed to keep your feet dry. The safe is locked. I know I could have asked for assistance but it should have been checked before new visitors came in. The decoder antenna cable was unplugged therefor the TV not working. The DSTV cater only for a few channels. The blinds are in a very bad shape.

located close to an embassy, which speaks to enhanced security, very quiet and peaceful Neigbhourhood. the property is well furnished..equipped with bathroom warmers, extra blankets heaters and aircons. its just the place to be in this cold winter. the hosts are a courteous lot, pleasantly impressed by the way they apply themselves to the business, paying attention to detail and making sure they create a home away from home for guests. they are effective communicators too.

not to complain but they should probably consider putting a reception bell. to draw their attention if someone is by the reception

The guest house has breath taking views. The room was clean, with a nice garden view. Friendly staff who are always there to assist where there is need We felt safe and we would like to visit again

the guesthouse is located in a quiet and safe place , not far from Hatfield center, the breakfast was ready on time

Absolutely everything. I booked for friends of mine that had to see a doctor. They were overwhelmed by the high standard of cleanliness and the warm hospitality. Thank you for a place you can trust to be clean and fresh
