The staff were very friendly from the moment I walked in. It had a late check-in and it was good to know they accomodate individuals at odd hours. The room was comfortable and clean, with your normal basics in a hotel room...tea, coffee, soap, shampoo. There was no hairdryer or mini fridge in the room. This is a acceptable option if you want to check in late and explore the surrounds of Lynwood and Menlo

The TV channels were fuzzy and the selection was very poor.

I asked for a room on the ground floor, but got one on the first floor. I was with my sister who can only walk when holding on to my arm due to brain surgery. I had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. The outlet of the basin was not working properly. After brushing my teeth ànd washing my face, the water remained in the basin and drained very slowly, leaving a layer in the basin. After trying to clean the basin, the process repeated. We are coffee drinkers. We could only drink coffee before going to bed. There were not coffee for early the next morning. 2 sachets of coffee per person would have been nice.

The environment Iwas exceptionally clean and welcoming

The bed wasn't comfortable. Water drainage in the sower was bad. I think the shower needs a bigger trap so that can flow and drain freely.. The parking area is not conducive in terms of weather conditions. My request is for the lodge management to at least put shades or carports at the parking area.. Otherwise I will definitely use your services in future

The hotel is clean. The staff is helpful and friendly, something that matters a lot, much friendlier than better starred establishments. It is conveniently located. And a very good value for money.

Fact that bookings.com just confirm your bookings while the property is fully booked on double rooms it is not good at all and the property should also find a way to communicate with bookings.com if they qre fully booked on double beds rooms please.Checked in only to find that there is only twin beds room available. Please improve on that bookings.com

I love everything. I most loved the personalised emergency exist plan they got for safety purposes at the back of the door Not sure about their food because we did not utilise the restaurant. There’s also a very convenient ice maker machine for the drinks

Would recommend they add 2plates and cutlery same way they put 2cups and glasses inside the room. I didn’t like the fact that we had to go downstairs to request for an iron, would be nice to request via intercom or telephone especially when it’s not even available, they still had to get it from other guest

Very friendly and helpfull staff, from Reception, Management, Restaurant, Cleaners and Guard at the Security Gate. Room was clean, aircon worked, tv worked, good water pressure. Beautiful place.

The ice machine was not working but it was not the end of the world. The vending machine was working.

The place was close to everything we wanted. Food and most importantly closer to my favourite mall😍

Not that I didn't like but it's something they can improve on. Shower drainage were a little bit slow on running the water down, it's something that they can work one. Our room number was 220.

Location was great and very close to both the main road to town and shopping mall while it also closer to the National road (N1) Breakfast Not Applicable; We did not book the breakfast at the Vanue due to our limited time in the money Flexi checkout time

We book very late and the room that was available was the one with the two single beds in it which was not the intension with my partner. Limited TV channels and therefore we could not watch our regular TV progrems
