The room feels a little bit old and dusty. The toilet feels like a make shift container kind of toilet. The wardrobe is those portable kind and the room is relatively tight compare to usual 4 star hotel room. There is no facilities in this hotel except for a cafe at the lobby.

The hotel may appear no-frills when you first book into the hotel but you will realise that it provides everything that you require. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and well-stocked with toiletries (very nice dead sea minerals lotion). The hotel is well-located. It is surrounded by eateries, bakeries, fruit shops, convenience stores and a pharmacy with English speaking pharmacist. Breakfast was delicious especially the vegetable porridge and the guest-discounted coffee and snacks at the coffee house was good value too. As my family fell sick with severe food poisoning on our trip, we were thankful to be assisted by a female receptionist on the morning of Dec 18 2022 who helped call the ambulance service and put us in touch with an English-speaking staff at the hospital. We were also able to extend our stay by an additional night with no fuss. Overall, notwithstanding the illness, we had a great experience and a comfortable stay at the hotel. Service was unobtrusive and kind. Highly recommended!

I just want to stay, I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. I was travelling and staying alone and the staff were extremely polite and accommodating. They could communicate in English which made it all the more easy to ask for any help if needed. There was a man working at the reception on my first night of stay who stood by my friend to help her find a cab. It was quite late at night and cold but the kind man stood by her till she safely got into a cab to head home. It was a small act of kindness that greatly impressed me. The hotel has a 7/11 store that is open 24/7 which is super useful if needed anything in the late hours of the night ( I get midnight munchies ) The room I got was sufficient for the price in my opinion. Kept extremely neat and tidy with house keeping coming every day to help clean up. My view wasn't great but I didn't mind because I bearly stayed in there since I was touring Seoul alot. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided in the room ( they have the comfiest bed ever, slept like a baby every night) All in all, 10/10 would stay again 👍

Love the spacious penthouse, the jacuzzi and the karaoke. Kids had lots of fun. The location is near to many tourist attractions! They even clean the place daily during our stay and replenish the water daily. Overall, a really good stay! Will definitely come to this hotel if I come to Busan again.

No lift to the penthouse. We had to carry our heavy luggages up 1 storey. The penthouse is located in level 12 and lift is only up to 11th floor.

Staff: Very helpful and responsive Location: ~9 minutes walkable distance from Jagalchi station, easy to get to from walking along the main road. Close to Bupyeong market, a surprise find for us which we really liked! *Tip: It is easier to get to the hotel from Jagalchi Station than Toseong Station. Amenities: Toilet comes with a bidet, comfortable double beds for each person in the standard twin room. We were also given some vouchers for discounted items at the lobby cafe which were super worth it. Overall a great affordable stay which we really enjoyed for our first stay in Busan :)

Ramp luggages is not on the same side as the main entrance, so we missed out on it the first time and had to take the stairs, but nothing major.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff (both reception and cleaning staff) were helpful and friendly. They gave us discount coupons for the ground floor café upon check in. Location is close to Nampo-dong shopping district and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

The bathroom interior was a bit outdated and there was some noise from the corridor late at night. The bed was on the firmer side.

The onsite cafe is excellent and each room has its own WiFi router. The hotel staff can provide adapters and were always on station.

The rooms are small, do not offer good views, and there is no room service of any kind available. There are no places nearby that deliver either.

Stuff would get moved if you left something on the bed before they come into your room and make it (not a terrible negative. Just gave me a fright the first time it happened as i couldn't find my laptop immediately lol)

The location was very convenient. it was a short distance by car from Busan Station. It was very close to a market and walkable to Biff square. They gave coupons for the cafe and it was really nice to enjoy fresh coffee with a croissant.

The bathroom wasn’t so clean as the shower curtain had black spots on it. Also the bathtub was quite small and short. There was a wait for getting our car out of the parking lot.

Everything was great, but I especially enjoyed the weighted blanket. The shower and bidet were also wonderful.

Although it was not advertised, I was hopeful that there would be a bathtub and there was not. Additionally, if the hotel was not discounted, I would not have made reservation.
