The staff go above and beyond at this hotel; Very welcoming! The room was huge and clean. W got the 2 bedrooms for just 2 people, but we could've fitted 3 other people in that room. I loved the walls and the view that they offered us.

I was not too fond of the walls in the bathroom because I was rooming with my friend and the walls were a little see-through. During our second night, the lights in the bathroom started flickering and the window in our room opened by itself even though it was locked. The hallways are dark, which is a contrast to the hotel rooms. However, the location and price of the hotel cancels everything else.

I loved how spacious the room and bathroom were - the toilet even had an electronic bidet (like the ones in Japan)! The bathtub was much bigger than normal, and we loved the design of the room. It was such a nice room for the price point - quiet, spacious, stylish and good value. It was located close to BIFF square as well (5-10 minute walk) and many other popular spots. Would definitely come back here again.

If I had to nitpick, I think it could have been a little cleaner. Some places were a little dusty, but it was mostly the corner of ceilings or hard to reach places. That was the only slightly negative thing I could think of, overall it was a fantastic place to stay.

It was super easy to find from Busan Station and Check-In was very easy (we were a little earlier than Check-In-Time but it was no problem at all). The Location of the Hotel is amazing for all the tourist attractions in that area of Busan and if you want to go to Gwangalli or Haeundae there is very good connections with public transport. The room itself was amazing, the bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom is also very big with a big bathtub and a rainshower as well as a regular showerhead; the toilet was separate which was very convenient. We were given two big towels, two small towels and two bathrobes. The towels can be replaced everyday. The room was provided with two bags of tea and coffee as well as two bottles of water in the fridge which will be restocked if you put out the sign for room cleaning during the day. The value for the money we paid was out of this world and exceeded our expectations, we will definitely come back for another stay at this hotel!

Location was great!! Rooms were clean Staff were generally nice and could speak some english There was free parking You can request for the counter staff to order fried chicken for you. Staff helped to book airport taxi.

We had 2 deluxe twin and both were different. 1 deluxe twin had carpeted floors with the safe and door lock /bolt spoilt. The safe was fixed when we reported it but not the door lock. The other deluxe twin had tiled floor and water there was a small pool of water after baths.

The location of the hotel is great! If you can, book a room with a balcony that faces the back of the hotel. You will get a great view of the surrounding neighborhood. The beds were comfy, the room was big and the heated floors was a nice bonus. The rooftop of the hotel is also very nice.

Overall, I really liked the hotel. Two minor improvements: Conduct a deeper cleaning (making sure there is no hair or dirt on the floor, no finger prints or spray on the mirrors or doors, etc.) The room was not dirty at all, but the cleaning could be improved. The rooftop bar should be stocked with the all the listed items on the menu. Or allow your guests to buy their drinks and snacks at the convenience store next door and bring it up to enjoy the view.

The hotel located is just perfect, close to anything. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly👌🏼The facilities were great, we got a free room upgrade because our previous room wasn’t available. The room itself has really nice design, my boyfriend really love the bathroom lmao. The breakfast was really good too! It was Korean food and a little bit western food on the side.

The coffee for breakfast wasn’t really impressive, my boyfriend was a little bit upset about it but it didn’t change our impression of this hotel.

The room and bathroom was very spacious for our family of 3. Spa smelling amenities. The location was excellent. Walking distance or just a short bus ride to many places of interest. The beddings was very comfortable and the duvet was very thick. Complimentary bottled water for each guest in the room everyday. Convenient store right next door to hotel.

Bath area floor can get very slippery. Best to use the slippers provided.

Good Location hotel entrance facing the main road. Easily located when booking a cab. Near many good eateries especially one of the famous pork rice soup just round the corner. Gd customer service.

The glass sliding door and the glass partition bet room and toilet. Noisy n heavy when sliding. Weak bidet. The auto sensor lighting at doorway is very annoying.

Value for money. Room was big enough to exercise in. TV was larger than usual with movie channels in English. Located close to food, cheap shopping, bus and subway. Firm mattress, comfortable bed.

Only 1 mirror in room, and was placed too far for people with poor eye sight to do make-up. When you shower, the water seeps out of shower cubicle. Water temp is not consistent, as water turns hot and cold when you shower.

Great location near street food markets and nightlife. Lots of convenience stores nearby including one next door. Good transport links. Big room, massive bathtub and shower. Good aircon and nice bed. Reception staff very welcoming. Quiet despite the location.

The room was nice but there was some signs of wear and tear, especially in the joints in the bathroom and a few stains on the sofa. Besides that great stay.
