Great location close to loads of restaurants and shops, Jagalchi market, Gamcheon village, etc. There is a handful of parking spaces right under the hotel, access is through a narrow street but as long as you don't arrive during dinner time it is no problem to reach. Room was comfortable enough and we had a great rooftop terrace to enjoy morning coffee with a view over the city as it was waking up. Staff does not speak English but is super friendly and eager to help. Busan is a fairly spread-out city so reaching some sights around the eastern part of the city can take up to 1.5hr, just take this into account when choosing an area to stay in. If you choose Nampo, I would surely recommend staying at Hotel Marcher.

Location is excellent for this hotel. It’s located at places of attractions, from markets to BIFF Square and the main fashion street. No worries about being hungry at night. I do consider my room size acceptable for my family.

Bed mattress is really hard. Wasn’t expecting the futon bed to be a blanket + a thin material fabric. Property’s location surrounded by some “happening” karaoke (if u know what I mean), we do encounter drunk people checking in/sharing lift (with karaoke ladies) and talking (gibberish) with us from evening onwards. Def not a pleasant experience.

The staff was so friendly and always welcoming with a smile. The window view from the room was beautiful. The room was spacious. Location was so close to the markets, Biff Square and alot of busses making it super easy to commute.

The beds could be softer but I'm guessing this is a common thing throughout Asia. I stayed at multiple place and the beds were hard. I had a nonsmoking room but every morning my bathroom would smell like cigarette smoke that probably came through from the vents of the room next door. Despite this though I'd recommend this hotel.

Good location- walking distance to Jagalchi subway station and market. Staff were very friendly and happy to assist. The male staff on check out assisted with hailing a taxi and communicating to the driver. Room was comfortable. A little on the small side for two large suitcases. We stayed in a traditional/oriental room. Great shower pressure. Complimentary water in the bar fridge.

No shower curtain in the bathroom so it was very wet. No seal on the bathroom/toilet door; so music is required to give the person some privacy. Linen does not seem to be bleached as there were some stains- not ideal; but not a disaster.

Hotel Marcher has lovely big rooms with great baths, the beds are comfortable and it is clean. The location is ideal for exploring Busan : shopping in the gukje market and BIFF area, it is close to Gamcheon culture village (10 min by bus) and a short walk to the fish market. We spent a great day exploring Gamcheon in the morning, then we took a short bus to Songdo beach where we had a fish barbecue for lunch followed by a swim at the beach. We then took the cable car and returned to the hotel by a short bus ride. We were able to do a lot because of the hotel's location.

I like that the room is cosy and modern. The room service was good. The receptionists were very friendly. The hotel is in a very convenient location where there were so much we could explore without having to travel out too far.

One of the rooms we were assigned to had a washing basin outside of the bathroom which we didn’t like. Finding taxi to get us back from the hotel to busan station was stressful. It would be nice if tourists like us can get some helps in calling for a taxi (we didn’t have a Korean SIM card to call for taxi).

During our stayed, we book 2 room. Both the rooms were clean, very easy access, secure and the staff was amazing. They treated us with warm gestures, very helpful and kind to help carry and look our things. Overall all facilities were advanced. They even have computer in every room. This hotel is by far the most strategic in terms of location. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Busan. We are looking forward to stay here again soon.

For the premium room is very weird design for family as bath tub is open in the room obviously we can't even use it. It's better put a door there to split it, I think romantic room much more right term. Thus please consider double check that if you want to book room for a family, else you will not feel comfortable.

Really nice hotel, with spacious and comforting rooms, close to many markets, restaurants and the shopping district. Many convenience stores at less than 5 min walk. Also many bus stops just at walking distance, to reach other main touristic locations and 10 min bus ride from the main train station. The area is pretty quiet, I even slept with the window open. The staff doesn’t speak much English but they will go above and beyond to help you. I was moved to another room because of noisy neighbouring room, after just i sent a message. The hotel doesn’t have a laundry room, but there’s a laundromat really close. They also have free luggage storage room. The bus stop for the airport is a minute from the hotel. Overall I would say it’s a really good place to easily reach every area of Busan

This place is only 1 block away from the food street and close to a very clean laundromat, spacious, can lay out 2 normal size suitcase, 1 hand carry size suitcase and still have room to walk around. A huge tub in the bathroom, with a full function japanese toilet, the sink is outsude the bathroom. Even though there is an air con but we love that the window can be openned to feel the breeze. Staffs are very friendly, good amenities (the basic plus skin care and hair ties for ladies and shaver for men) and get refill everyday. The bar fridge is small, hard to fit large bottle but the bottled water is refill daily. Will definitely stay in this hotel if we come back to Busan.

Perfectly situated by Gukje market and close to Jagalchi Seafood market. The staff was extremely helpful. We stayed a few extra nights in Busan and were happy to add nights since we really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a bathroom with big bathtub. Very nice, and good value for the money!

They did not have breakfast and the beds were a little bit hard. But we did not mind.
