I liked the bed, very comfortable, the water pressure and shower were fantastic, the lobby and facilities were great

My room was very small, my window faced a wall, I could very easily hear cars and noises from outside all night, and the fire alarm went off for no reason late at night causing me to have to dress hastily and go down 16 flights of stairs just to be told that it was a malfunction and not an actual fire. Also, their is a big step to get into the stairwell that I tripped over, almost causing me to fall down the stairs. This lip should be labeled to prevent accidents or lawsuits

The location in Gangnam, just short walk to all main Gangnam places or just hop on the public bus to explore the Seoul is simply perfect. Hotel room that was provided upon complaint about the quality of original room was excellent. The staff was very attentive to my request. Beds were comfortable. You can find several option to have coffee or breakfast few steps aside from hotel (Paris Baguette etc.) open all week long from early morning. In general good choice for spending few nights and pay reasonable amount of money.

Be aware of the fact, that some of the rooms indicated as single superior are on the lower floors (1-7) and those have NO view from the window - you will face the wall from opposite building just 2 m away. Rather claustrofobic. But rooms on the upper levels have normal view. Do not count on hotel gym - rather limited offering of one treadmill, one bicycle and one rack of dumbbells and nice view outside the gym....but in case of need several paid entry and well equipped gyms are nearby.

Great location if you want to explore Gangnam. Right along the major boulevards and easy access to the bridge if you need to go north of the river. Room prices are fair. You get the nice view of the city, all the luxury shops light up at night especially during the holiday seasons. It's far enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to everything from a short cab ride.

Furniture and creature comfort are a bit dated. Would prefer better TV. The whole place feels a bit cramped. Room prices have location premium, but it's also a pro and a con. Do yourself a favor and opt for the higher floor.

The whole hotel was absolutely incredible; the staff were courteous and polite, the room was clean, and the view was beautiful. Our first room did have a problem with the vent, so we had to change to another room, but that's not the fault of the hotel at all, and the maintenance person did all he could to fix it. The staff at Hotel Entra went above and beyond (and spoke English!), and I'd absolutely stay there again.

The only thing I'd really suggest is bringing earplugs, because Gangnam is very loud at night -- but that's not the fault of the hotel, that's just part of being in Seoul. Even so, it's something to keep in mind. Nonetheless, I'd stay there again, I had a lovely time.

The view, the comfy bed and luxurious bathroom. Neighborhood is not the most lively, but still had it's own vibe.

Sightly inconvenient for subways but good for buses. Noise of fancy cars racing by wasn't terribly loud (on the 12th floor) but it could stop you from falling asleep if you are already lying awake.

There was lots of great restaurant's close to the hotel, the staff were attentive and helpful and the hotel was very clean.

The breakfast offering was a little disappointing, room service was only available during the day and not every day of the week.

THE VIEW was AMAZING from the bedroom and bathroom. Love soaking in the bathtub after a long day of walking and watching my fav Kdarmas. The room was extremely spacious and water pressure was Great. The bus to Apgujeong was just a little walk away and very accessible. I recommend this hotels to my friends.

The hotel needs a little revamping. 1) Need a hanging hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels and also the bathrobe. 2) The blinds in the room and bathroom needs mending

I booked the hotel for 7 nights superior single room Honestly, everything was great and the staff were helpful. Very calm clean and great location near to K star rood. Breakfast was great as well. Thanks a lot.

City view with tub in front of the window luxurious rooms, great bed.

Biggest disappointment were the dirty windows on the outside. The Grand River King is a room you book for the view, so this was a big big downside. Very visible dirt when raking pictures. Also, our rainshower did not work. Seemed broken. And uhm.. gym cannot be called a gym.

The location of the hotel was great. Also Parking was available at the hotel
