I was worried as some previous reviews said it might not be quiet, however my room was at the end of the corridor and was super quiet. The room was cleaned well by the staff and I felt comfortable. I walked to COEX, when I was tired, which has great food options. The subway was super close as was the emart24 (convenience store)

When I was checking in the gentleman at reception stopped in the middle of talking to me in to answer the phone. So I was stood there... looking at him whilst he was on the phone... waiting to finish off being checked in, it was a little weird. Not great customer service at that time.

heater/ AC unit very old and loud. staff brought up a space heater which remedied the situation

Great location, close to bus stops and the subway station. A few convenience stores close by, as well as cafes. The staff was able to easily speak in English with us, and was pretty helpful. I'll definitely try to stay here again if I need a cheap place to sleep in the Cheongdam area. It's good enough to be able to sleep comfortably for the night.

The walls are THIN. You can hear conversations from other rooms as you walk down the hallway. And it may have been an oversight before we checked in, but we weren't provided with shower products the first night. They did magically appear after our room was cleaned the first day, though.

Unfortunately I was exhausted so I couldn't try the breakfast option the hotel has, but overall everything was perfect. It was my 3rd time staying at the hotel, and the staff let me check in earlier. This changed the entire stay from good to perfect! Small details like this is what differentiates a good hotel from a great hotel.

Nothing to add to be honest.

Every day, the staff would ask me if they could clean the room and they would leave it sparkling. At the front desk, it would take them 2 minutes to get me a taxi, extremely efficient. They also guided me whenever I had to go anywhere by foot/subway, so I am very thankful to them.

Honestly, I cannot say anything I didn't like.

The hotel was good overall.

They didn't give me a clear answer when booking charged me online when I did the reservation online. I feel I have lost money and booking or the hotel did not give me a clear answer.

Staff was very friendly, korean couple, I was very tired, straight from the plane, and they let me in earlier. Thank u.

All is good. Except there were a cars right in front of main entrance, so people had to squeeze through them when passing by

The location is close to Subway and Bus stop. So easy to travel around places.

There was not enough water in the room to drink. Just 2 small water bottles were there. So I was quite disappointed.

Close to the subway line and great value.

Any negatives were expected from the price we paid. Great value, hard beds!
