The staff were consistently excellent whenever we had any interaction with them. It is clear that customer satisfaction is top of everyone's priorities, and it shows! The hotel overall is a top quality place to stay and I'd definitely recommend it and return again.

Some of the rooms are a bit tired, but still of good quality and there is already a renewal programme underway. Aircon in our room was not great and struggled to cool the room. It leaked on the last night, but was repaired in less than 15 minutes and worked as expected after that, cooling the room well.

The hotel is in excellent location, good quality. The staff is amazingly friendly. We stayed in a better room with a view - it met our expectations.

The food quality was disappointing - they have such a variety, but do not know how to cook properly. Although breakfast meniu was always the same, it was the best meal from all others. Lots of mosquitoes - weren’t prepared for that.

1) you are charged for every ridiculous thing like use of the safe in the room, towels, water. 2) breakfast is ok but limited and cheap 3) at midnight everything like the bar is closed, lights off and front door locked.

Very comfortable stay. Loved the many swimming pools and it did not feel crowded. Good room size. Location is OK, quiet, and a bit more far away from the crowded areas (for me this is a plus - compared to busy Playa de Americas). Playa del Duque is close and very beautiful. The massages I got at the hotel were nice and worth the money.

The main restaurant (El Jable) feels more like a canteen. On the plus side there is a lot of diversity, on the minus the food is not that tasty/prepared well. Coffee was bad. The restaurants on site (Sakura & La Tosca) are not worth the money (unless you already decided for all-inclusive due to other reasons). The hotel could definitely use some digitalization for booking tables at the restaurants, haircuts and massages at the spa center.

The level of service in the hotel was outstanding. I can't remember people who were as friendly and keen to please as the staff at Costa Adeje. The room was perfect and extremely comfortable, overall I'd say there was a relaxed atmosphere and it's a place I would happily return to. I was only there one night as a stopover so cannot say what it would be like for a longer stay.

There was nothing that I didn't like but whilst the pools looked very nice, I noticed a few items (plastic bag / palm tree bits) in the pools that had blown in and it would have been nice if these were removed swiftly. In no way did the pools look dirty or badly maintained - they look amazing.

The staff was the highlight of our stay. Polite, extremely professional and helpful with any and every query we had during our stay. A special shout-out goes to BRYAN in the dining area - we really appreciated his positive energy! We had a lovely room with a beautiful sea view. Turnover services were punctual and efficient.

Some of the other guests (for the first few days of our stay). Loud, rude, messy and unpleasant. People raced out at the crack of dawn to reserve (and then monopolise!) pool deck chairs - definitely not the kind of behaviour you'd imagine encountering in a four-star establishment.

Fab location. 3rd time wexstayed there and still like it. Big hotel but lovely big grounds. Nice staff. Directvaccess to the beach and lical veach bar with bed on the beach. Perfect to watch the sunset. Nice walk along the coast to little village or to the more vibrant lovely resort. Posher , quieter part of Adeje that s why we like it

Nothing really. Food is good , sometimes they run low on items on the morning buffer but good selection and frsh station ie : omelette, pancakes.....

The hotel was great and very impressive when walking into the lobby, although the rooms are a little dated. Bar area and facilities look great and when i went down to the bar everyone was singing with a live performer having a great time which was refreshing.

Although the lobby was impressive, the rooms and room service system was old and outdated, safe would not lock, clunky phone with no option to dial out to UK (no reception staff had any idea to make it work) i had to walk to the bar with a head injury to recieve this which wasn't very enjoyable. I feel it would of been nice from a professional hotel to send someone with some ice considering i had been injured,
