Excellent accommodation. Every detail catered for in the apartment. The pool was fantastic, recently refurbished. Location is right in the centre of shops bars and restaurants and a 2 minutes walk to the beach. In March it was lively but not too noisy. Staff in the resort were fantastic. Will definitely return.

The resort need to introduce a policy of preventing the same people reserving all the sunbeds at dawn and not using them until lunchtime! I have to say these were all fellow Brits !!! I’ve been to other resorts where a note is put on the bed with a 30 minute warning which is much fairer to all residents.

Great complex, close to the beach with lots of restaurants to choose from. Taxi rank right outside if you want to go further afield. Friendly, helpful staff, apartments and general areas were lovely and clean, comfy beds, new air conditioning in bedrooms. Great pool bar, good atmosphere and excellent food.

Not really anything to dislike however there's still a problem getting sunbeds with towels being put on early in the morning then beds not being used, sometimes all day. If you're on the front of the complex the bar opposite has very loud music until after midnight each night, might be a problem with younger children trying to sleep.

Royal Sunset Beach Club is a no-brainer if you want to have a nice time in Adeje. The staff were friendly all the time and were really helpful when we had questions regarding a parking spot without prior reservation and places to visit or things to do in Tenerife. The check-in and check-out process went smooth and quickly - no unnecessary questions and surveys. The room was equipped with all the necessary utensils, but we used only the coffee machine, as for food - there are a lot of restaurants nearby where you can taste Spanish food (other european cuisine restaurants are there too). Location is great too. At less than 100 meters you have the Fañabe Beach (which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on Tenerife). At a kilometer - Duque Beach, also a beautiful beach with comfortable sunbeds, but less restaurants to eat.

The pool area is great, lots of sunbeds, good mattresses and the hotel offers towels for rent (4 euros per towel per week). Hyper Dino (supermarket) is just next door which came in really handy. Sun Bean (the hotel restaurant) has all the classics, toasties, pizza, drinks etc.

The hotel WiFi was a bit buggy, was able to get it working most of the time though. The neighbourhood is very lively until about 23 at night, that may be an issue for some light sleepers or people with young kids.

Very clean and great location. Staff (especially entertainment staff) very nice. Great shows at night time too

My only complaint was it wasn't very busy due to time of year, yet it was still difficult to get a sun lounger around the pool due to the amount of people (same people everyday) who put their towels on the sunbed and left them there for hours before returning, despite there being a policy of not doing this.

Had a fantastic stay here, room was better than I had anticipated so was the pool and pool bar and all the staff were extremely friendly especially Ruth on the reception. We have already booked to come back with our family in September. The whole complex was spotlessly clean . We were in a 1 bedroom apartment which was very roomy with the added bonus of drinking water on tap and a full size fridge freezer. Tip for anyone travelling in the future the royal sunset bay hire out pool towels for 4 euros per week so leave your bulky towels at home . I’ve stayed in a lot of accommodation in the past 20 years in Adeje but this has got to be the best standard definitely worth a 11 out of 10 .

Absolutely nothing I didn’t like, could not find any fault at all well done to all the staff

One point is the missing policy against laying down towels at the pool seats early in the morning by many guests, and not being used a large part of the day

Second time staying at these apartments , they’ve got everything you need and are spotlessly clean , the staff are very helpful and friendly. Food and entertainment was really good .

Because of Covid rules you had to book a sun bed by the pool..am or pm, the sun beds were to sprayed in between, which was fine if they had done it fairly. They said that people looking for two beds was more in demand so they only asked couples to move leaving family’s with 4 or 5 to spend the whole day at the pool….how can this be fair? and l witnessed a few disagreements because of this . Its the only thing that would stop me booking here again, hopefully they can think of a fairer way to work this !!

This was a very well run complex, the staff all had excellent English and were very friendly. The rooms were very clean, as was te whole complex, the bed comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary equipement. The pool area had ample sunbeds and umbrellas with lifegurard on duty. the pool was amazing, beautiful layed outed with shallow and deepend. There were children entertainers on duty from 11am until 11pm, they were amazing and had a variety of activities for all ages of kids - and adults!! Food in the poolside bar was of very good quality and value for money.
