We spent 2 weeks with two kids, using all-inclusive. Nice and quiet family hotel, with 2 heated pools (one for small ones). The room was cleaned every day, better rooms are with pool view. The hotel has 2 pool areas - one is on the low level and more crowded, and another is on the higher level and more peaceful. The food had a good variety and had many good choices for kids. We especially enjoyed sporting options, volleyball, and football. The location is close to the Fanabe beach with lots of restaurants and small shops, it takes only 5 minutes to walk. Puerto Colon with all the sea activities is also close (20 min walking) and Siam Park is a 5 min taxi drive.

The AI drinks card was confusing at first, you have to pay a little for most of the cocktails, even with AI. Considering kids, we have been in hotels with far more rich choices for kids' drinks/cocktails (not meaning simple soda drinks). But this was a small thing, overall we had a lovely experience.

Breakfast was good with plenty of options including omelettes and juices, good variety of fresh breads and croissants to choose from including gluten free. Excellent location near shops and hiperdino supermarket, less than 10 minute stroll to the beach passing some nice restaurants. Animation team were great, very friendly and helpful and mini disco and adults shows downstairs were good. Hotel lays on a lot during the day for kids and adults to do eg aqua gymn, soccer games etc. nice big lobby with adjacent large piano bar with stage for live singers and piano players, also showing live sports on big screens. Staff overall provide a very good service Highly recommended.

Dinner was good but I didn’t like any of the tough meat or cold fish - applies to most package hotels

Excellent big hotel, with some amazing views over the many pool areas. The reception is lovely, again with great views over the main pool area, whilst the staff were friendly and dealt with any questions and taxi bookings. The room was very big, with two double beds plus a sofa for just the two of us. The breakfast was as you'd expect for a buffet, plenty of options and very reasonable. The Hotel is a 5 minute walk to Costa Adeje sea front and Fanabe Beach, with a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. 5 minute free bus to Siam Park and 7/8 minutes to the lively Playa De Las Americas. Very reasonably priced for the size and scale of the hotel, which sits directly in front of the mountains in a good location. No complaints!

The bedroom walls are relatively thin and you can hear surrounding noise from other rooms and outside, but not something that is an issue or would spoil any holiday.

It’s almost like a little oasis. Lots of fun activities, especially for children. The area is beautiful. Staff was exceptional!!! They made the experience so good and everything was very clean. Very enjoyable.

My only complaint would be the elevators. Almost impossible to get to the elevators, especially with a stroller since they were quite busy and small. We tried attending the childrens disco with a 6 month old but the music was too loud for such a small child. Other than that, very good job.

Stayed at the jacaranda 19-25th dec and really enjoyed our stay. Room size was pleasant, heated pool was really good. Reception staff always friendly and efficient in answering any questions. Special mention to the animation team in and around the pool daily, always things going on, water polo, aqua gym, yoga, and lots more. The team were fantastic. We stayed all inclusive so plenty of drinks, snacks available. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had a suite and as a family of four, it was comfortable but maybe a little small in size, one king size bed and two sofa beds. Evening meals were a little samey, plenty of choices but sometimes cold, had read similar reviews beforehand, microwaves are available though. Surprised to hear that cocktails were charged for in bars even though we had paid all inclusive. Shower in room wasnt great, water was hot enough but pressure wasnt the best.

Staff and cleanliness were fantastic. The restaurant offered great choices. Reception staff also very friendly and helpful.

Very small beer measures. We were not all inclusive and would have paid more and used the facility more if more reasonable. The rooms were very adequate but a glass door to the services that would not shut or lock was not to our liking.

It is a huge hotel complex with multiple pools surrounded by hotel buildings. Hotel offers also a half board (good option for hikers). Breakfast and dinner buffet had plenty of choices, food was OK, nothing really special, but everything you would expect. There is always some walking (stairs or elevators) involved to get to the huge dining room, Free parking is available near hotel and buses stops close to the hotel too, connecting Adeje with Los Christianos and airport. It is just a 10 minutes walk to the black sand beach, with restaurants and shops (selling art, tourist stuff and fake brands). We were happy to relax and chill there after hiking tours.

It is not a real problem, but floor numbers are confusing first days, as pools are below zero level.

Good size room with large bathroom. Fabulous buffet style restaurant with an amazing selection, attentive staff clearing the plates away. Great location for beach and shopping. Plenty of different areas for sunbathing or sitting in the shade on many different levels.

Towels out booking poolside sunbeds before it’s even bright! Some of them still waiting for their occupants around 2 hours later. Looks bad. Some towels hanging over balconies, not many but even a few give a bad impression. Worst pillows and it was days before we found there was a pillow menu, same with coffee ‘pod’ machine. 1 very rude, grumpy receptionist, we avoided her.

We really liked pools, free gym. Beds are really big and comfortable. There are two big beaches close by. Dinner was diverse and good.

It was a little bit loud two evenings when there was some mucis on the roof bar.
