good location. clean.

staff were stressed and grumpy. not like the other times we have stayed. they had a special menu of the day, which was confusing when read out to us quickly in half Spanish and half English. only half the standard menu was available. we ordered steak. it came with fries, no veg, no salad and it was plonked on the table while we were still eating our starter. we were disappointed as it’s the 4th time we’ve stayed and while the food is not amazing it was better previously, as was the service. breakfast was not as good as previous either, no hot options available.

Standard, clean hotel room with air conditionier. Breakfast was fine, but you probably can't expect anything else for 9 EUR :) The staff in a reception was very helpful! They stored our luggage for free. Near the hotel there is a bus stop to the airport

Everything in a hotel room was very old - beds, tables, chairs, bathroom, TV and etc. And it was a 30-minute walk from the hotel to the sea so location is not perfect

We have been staying at the hotel several times each year since 2014 and can say that the hotel provides everything that it says it will and is local to the Airport for travel back to the UK. We very much enjoy staying in Alicante.

We used to get coffee and tea making facilities in our room until Covid stopped this, and the reception gave you disposable cups and tea bags/coffee sachets, which was fine, although the reception stopped providing this last year and nothing has been provided in our room, not a big issue or even a complaint, just something that we think should be reinstated.

Modern, clean hotel with pleasant staff. Spacious restaurant with TVs. Location slightly out of the city centre which may not suit everyone but a 20 min walk or bus/taxi was fine. There is a working suburb just inland with local bars and shops which will appeal to those who want to explore something off the beaten tourist track. The coastal park and beaches south of the city might be worth a look too (we didn't have time). Would definitely stay there again if back in Alicante.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and for many years and it provides everything that it says that it will. We are very happy with its location to Alicante central and the Airport, the rooms are very good and the car parking is excellent. We hope to continue coming to this hotel for many more years to come.

The bar and terrace has always been a nice place to be over a few drinks and the breakfast is good and very reasonably priced. We understand that costs increase, although we nave noted that the drinks costs have increased significantly with pints being served in smaller glasses, so we were not even getting a pint for the money charged. Not something that we consider the hotel is responsible for given that the bar is franchised, we just wont be using it any more.

clean, quiet. the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Esta seemed to be working the whole time we were there and never stopped smiling. the hotel is basic, but we knew that before we booked. the staff made the difference.

it was a long walk to the beach and the town. we knew this when we booked so it was not a problem for us. we had a nice 40min walk each way.

Very good place for a stay in Alicante. Modern and clean hotel with an AC, elevator, restaurant and big rooms. Free towels. The private parking is free of charge. The location is good, close to the city center and the beach. The staff is really nice and English-speaking. I would choose it once again!

Few parking spaces - they need more for such amount of cars

A nice hotel with a good bus connection from the Airport. We stayed only for a night because our flight arrived late and we didn’t want to travel far. This hotel was about a 15-20 mins bus ride from the airport. the city center is maybe a 15 mins walk from the Hotel.

nothing. we just stayed for a night. all basic facilities were good.

Convenient to airport. Good location just out of city, easy taxi ride in. Very clean, good change of daily linen. Staff very helpful. Good value

No lounge to sit to read. Lack of English speaking programs. Would have liked Bbcworld news at least which most hotels nowadays have. Fridge in room too small. All electrics switched off when key card removed when exiting, no power to fridge or charger.
